Excellence Cleaning Pros.is formed by a small trustworthy Team of Professionally trained Cleaners. Excellence Cleaning Pros. is Focused in providing High-End Quality Service to all of its customers. Our System is meticulously reinforced in Always providing with the best customer service starting by always having a supervisor or team leader on every appointment to make sure that all homes are cleaned up to our standards. All first time cleanings, or thorough cleanings always include a pre-walkthrough and a final walkthrough. Our Supervisors are alway present on 1st time cleanings & are highly trained to work with customers' budgets and needs. Our professional cleaners are trained to properly communicate with our customers and advice them on what areas need attention or require detailing and will focus on quoting the job based on what the customer wants and needs. Our services include all Cleaning supplies (ECO friendly), including new sponges, disinfected microfiber towels, detailing brushes, all cleaning equipment, etc. As well as a supervisor on sight on every job and the pre walk-through, & final walk through. All appointments are process through email where our representative provides all detailed information about each service and answers any questions or concerns.

I called Excellence Cleaning Pros to assist with a move-out house cleaning. I had intended to do it myself, but a physical injury and much more difficult move than anticipated made that impossible. I submitted requests for quotes from a number of businesses and selected Excellence Cleaning Pros due to their professional response, reviews, and communication. I was not disappointed! They came out and labored to make the house cleaner than it had been before we even moved in! Like, it sparkles like the Chrysler building! They did it all: baseboards, blinds, cupboards...... I would not hesitate to use them again in the future!

Life changing! My husband and I are always on the go and only home long enough to make a mess. Francesca and her team are SO professional, thorough, and kind. Their pricing structure is easy to understand and great for customizing exactly what I wanted done. When I came home my apartment looked even better than I thought it could. They take pride in their work and it definitely shows! I have them come every other week and love coming home to a clean apartment. Definitely recommend.

Francesca and her family team are great! They are thorough and skilled, and stay whatever time is necessary to do the right cleaning job. Pricing is flexible, and their response times are prompt. Perhaps most important to me (and the reason that I released several previous cleaning services) is that they lock the door when they leave! I completely and unreservedly recommend Excellence Cleaning Pros.
