What I like best about them is their quickness.

My AC was working but it was not cooling the house. The weather was hot in the high nineties and my kids and I were stuck at home all day in the heat waiting for AC Tech from another company to come and repair it. This other AC tech came late, was unapologetic, and even had the gall to try to overcharge me by every 15 minutes for labor (none of which was quoted to me when I called for their service). Needless to say I was very upset. I refused to be strong armed by this dishonest AC tech and refused service from him. I checked Yelp and Angies List and saw great reviews about Igor and his company, Air Crew Air Conditioning and Heating and I called them. I was so glad I did. Igor was like a knight in shining armor and came to the rescue. He squeezed us in the same day and came out the same day. He was very curteous, kind, knowledgeable, fast, clean, hardworking, and got the job done. Igor was remarkable in how honest he was. He said I only needed some Freeon and charged me a very fair and honest price. He's not the type to overdiagnose to bilk you. He's a really great guy. A few days after he repaired my AC, my ceiling above my clothes washer started to leak (when it rains, it pours, I tell you). I called Igor to see if it could have something to do with the AC condensor line. He came as soon as he could and went up the attic twice to make sure it wasn't the AC condensor line (it wasn't it was the plumbing hot water line in the ceiling above my clothes washer according to a great plumber who fixed the leak that I found by referral). Igor and his company Aircrew is the best company for AC and Heating repair!
