+ -1 moreThey came out and performed the cleaning for free to demostrate the quality of their work. It looked much better than the job performed by a conventional wet carpet shampooer had doen prior in the same unit.
Description of Work: Shampooed the carpet of a vacant apartment.

carpet cleaners
+ -1 moreThe arrived on time measured the areas to be cleaned and gave me an exact price. They assisted with some heavy furniture moving and went to work. Very friendly, worked hard pointed out some stains that might not come completely out ( they did get them out and showed us after cleaning). Explained the dry caret cleaning process and how it works. After completing the job they gave us some follow up instructions.
Description of Work: Place a call and go a ball park estimate over the phone and that person stated they would give me an exact quote upon arrival and if I didn't like the price I was not obligated to have them do the work. They arrived on time gave me a quote that was considerable less than the "ball park figure" and I had tem do the cleaning. There process is a dry process cleaning. they cleaned approx 700 sq feet (1 living room, 1 dining room, 1 hallway, and 3 bedrooms). They did a great job, very professional, very friendly, and worked hard to do a good job. Gave some follow up instructions, and said to call them back if I was not satisfied with the work. I have not had to call them back.
