+ -1 moreThey were unresponsive. It took them an entire week to call me back, which they did so at 7:30 AM. Jerry was very rude and condescending. I felt insulted given the fact that I had waited an entire week to give this company a chance to fix my refrigerator. I do not recommend them to senior citizens of his condescending attitude.
Description of Work: I called them several times beginning 10/1 to give me a ballpark estimate over the phone for a specific thermostat replacement.

+ -1 moreWE CALLED AND MADE AN APPOINTMENT TO HAVE A REPAIRMAN COME LOOK AT OUR REFRIGERATOR. HE DIDN'T SHOW, SO, WE CALLED AGAIN AND WERE TOLD HE WOULD CALL TO TELL US WHEN HE WOULD ARRIVE. AFTER 3 MORE HOURS, WE CALLED AGAIN AND WERE TOLD THEY WERE NOT SURE WHEN HE WOULD ARRIVE. WE TOLD THEM TO CANCEL THE REQUEST AND CALLED SOMEONE ELSE.

+ -1 moreREPAIRMAN WAS ABLE TO PINPOINT THE SOURCE OF THE PROBLEM AND PERFORM THE REPAIRS THAT WERE NECESSARY. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE IN THE APPLIANCE MODEL AND THE PART NEEDED FOR REPAIR.
Description of Work: HEATING ELEMENT IN RANGE/OVEN WAS REPLACED WITH A NEW ELEMENT. GAS SERVICE TO UNIT WAS SHUT OFF.
