My first appointment with this provider was several hours late which literally ruined the day my family had planned, but I needed the windows cleaned that day. There was no other day that would work. I felt bad for the provider because he said his prior client mis represented the job he had to do. He was a very nice man who did a great job once he did show up so I gave him a good review after that appointment. He was supposed to be here on 8/24/13 but I called to see if we should delay due to pending rain. He never returned my call and never showed. When I finally called him back we agreed to change the appointment to today. No show, no call. I called him to ask when he was going to show up... no call, no show. This provider has inconvenienced me way too many times and I am extremely frustrated by his lack of professionalism and inconsideration for my time. I will not be using his services or recommending his services in the future.

They were a no show for the appointment.

David was able to fit me into his schedule when I needed the service done and I know right now this is a busy time for window cleaners. He was professional, responsive and did a fabulous job. I will be recommending him to anyone that needs his service.

These two young men (brothers) were both so professional and pleasant. Their grandfather was in the biz, so even though they are relatively new with their company, they've had it in the family all their lives. I needed the work done quickly due to friends visiting, and they were able to finish the job, and finish it well, on the day I wanted. David offered suggestions for how to keep the screens clean. We were very pleased. Since I found them though Angie's List, I wanted to add my accolades, so others will also hire them.

I was especially pleased that David phoned the day before to reconfirm the appointment. He arrived at the agreed upon time. I first walked him through the house, pointing out concerns with the windows and mentioning that I had recently had a lot of renovation work done due to a major kitchen flood, so the windows were very dirty. David gathered his equipment and quietly began to work. He was professional, clean, thorough. efficient and very knowledgeable. This is a family business. He spent time explaining some screen particulars, which I appreciated. The work was completed in a very timely manner. I highly recommend David and plan to use his services in the future.

The quality of their service is excellent. I have been using them for several years. They are very good about informing me when they are going to come out. They do a really good job every time. They are very friendly and very business-like. They take care of everything.

A bit of a rocky start as enroute his truck was struck by a vehicle on the freeway. After rescheduling he completed everything but the rescreening (an add on) in a single day. He was very responsive to our needs, polite and worked very hard. Not inexpensive but a good job on a 3000+ sq ft. home with extra large windows throughout. Yes we would hire him again.
