+ -1 moreThe Serviceman was very professional, informative and courteous. I developed trust in this man and then things went very bad. I made the mistake of paying him in cash, with a tip, and forgot to ask for a receipt. The office has since been sending me a bill every month for the fee. They ignore my requests for them to find out what happened to the money. I don't know who stole the money, but it won't be me paying for the service twice!

A friend recommended Precision Heating and Air, who located a replacement the day I called and was able to install it two days later. When it stopped working the first week, the owner, Eddie, did some troubleshooting and located some clogged vents in the attic. He really knows his stuff! We plan to use them again.
Description of Work: Our old air conditioner stopped working. They replaced it with a fair priced new one.

+ -1 moreThey are very good. The pricing might have been a little bit high but they were very good with their responsiveness and the quality of work that they did.
Description of Work: Precision Heating & Air fixed the air conditioning unit with a bad coil and pan and removed the existing coil in the attic and above the laundry room and installed a new drain pan, coil and secondary cutoff switch. They also evaluated and recharged the system, rewired the unit and tested it.
