Description of Work: They glued and screwed 1/2 inch plywood floor to an old, large living room and provided a laminate floor in the living room as well as on two staircases. Great and inexpensive job!

Description of Work: Ocean Flooring installed hardwood flooring throughout our new condo. From start to finish, Gavin and the crew were incredibly professional, going above and beyond from flooring selection to the final details. We did not have a lot of experience dealing with contractors, but Ocean Flooring set us at ease by providing a detailed estimate, answering all of our questions, helping to negotiate a great price for the flooring we selected and getting the job done, on time and at a great price. Overall, our expectations were far exceeded. Highly recommended!!!!

Description of Work: Had some water damage on hardwood floor. Had consultation on what it would take to correct damage. They were very knowledgeable. Once job was completed the floor |looked very good. What I found impressive is that they made |sure my budget was met. No over selling!

Description of Work: On time, polite, etc. it appears my floors are sanded down so far there is nothing left to safely sand. Not the company's fault.

Description of Work: I had some water damage underneath my hardwood laminate floors in my kitchen, so I asked Ocean to see if they could help. The responded within a few hours and sent an estimator over. He provided a quote the next day that included removal of the warped boards and replacement. He was able to source the same materials as the original. The work was completed in two days. Even though the quote said they would charge extra if there was furniture to be moved, he moved a table and a vanity without charging extra. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, helpful and professional. I would recommend them.

Description of Work: Requested visit for quote. Appt was on time. Inspection of work to be done was very professional and much info given. Quote was in line with others I had received. I declined to do work at tis tme due to cost and other projects that are taking precedence at this time.

Description of Work: Repaired and then refinished original hardwood floors in mid 1950's house. It went well, workers were careful and cleaned up after. Contractor also took out |carpeting and disposed of waste. Floors were left original color and not stained. Very happy with results!

Description of Work: They built a custom loft in the kids room with a firefighter pole and hardwood flooring that was stunning... They did several custom cabinets, painted the entire house, new closet and doors, all new electric, fixtures, wine cellar and more... Just impeccable! Highly recommend them, they have a heck of crew!

Description of Work: Brothers Rudi and Omar did an exellent job on the floors; sanding, two coats of sealant and the finish. Highly satisfied and would recommend Stuart Edward and his company again, without hesitation.
