It was very good. They were on time, courteous, and professional. I was really impressed with the Project Manager Dana, she was very professional.

My contractor hired this company to install the countertops and backsplash for a remodel kitchen and bath. 1. They lied and pushed our job back using false reasons. When my contractor went by two weeks after they were suppose to install, our pieces were not even ready. Then they were delayed further holding our project up again. 2. They were late the first and third time they came and made no effort to let us know. The initial install was not completed until after 10 pm and was not done properly. 3. They did not cut out the oven in the island right so a supervisor had to come out and do it. 4. They ultimately had to buy another slab and reinstall it over our sink because the initial job was so bad. When they came back, late by 3 hours, they did a very poor job. I have enclose pictures of the final product. When my contractor went to them to get money back, they paid for repairs to our refrigerator which they dented but nothing back on the actual job and no direct communication apologizing or attempting to make it right. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I hired Marjan to fabricate my stone. They made the project seamless. I only had countertops made. Then 6 months later I decided to add a backsplash. They did a great job both times. I did have a small issue with regard to the stove opening...it was 2/16s too small. So they had to come back out and saw it down. It was extremely dusty. They covered as much of my kitchen as possible and made it perfect.

Marjan was great, loved the people as well as the work and especially the outcome. BEAUTIFUL!!! John DeSalvo helped me so much and was very professional and was alway available when I had questions. The two installers, Sulaman and Shan were very thorough and took the time to do it perfectly! I will be using Marjan again for my next bathroom granite project

Marjon Stone went the extra mile in replacing a granit counter top on our kitchen island. They allowed us to pick the stone ourselves and watch as the stone was polished and cut. We viewed the granite slab after polishing and were very happy with the results. I thought for sure they would mar the island wood when they removed the old top- but they were very careful and didn't make a mark on the island. The new top fit perfectly. We are very happy with the professionalism exhibited and recommended them to our neighbors who had their whole kitchen counters replaced. They were very happy with the final installation.

Marjan Stone and their installers are excellent! We were very worried that we could not match the island granite we had installed years before. Marjan located the slabs in L.A. and shipped them to their Spring Valley location for us to preview. After we concluded it was a very good match, there were challenges with how to have the slabs installed so there were only the minimum of seams (the kitchen counter area was quite large). We spent an hour with the owner and a couple of the installers sketching and turning the slabs in our minds. It seemed we couldn't get the seams to come out in the right places. They promised to work on it to our satisfaction - and several hours later we got a call and a faxed sketch that they had it worked out. Installation occurred on the days promised; the seams were in the right places and very well concealed. The installers solved an end-counter concern easily. And the most outstanding part was the granite matched the 7-year old island granite perfectly! Friends and family were amazed how everything matched - 'you'd never know these granite slabs were layed years apart!' The installers were professional, friendly and did an excellent job. They also went the extra mile - they repaired a chip on the edge of the island granite and cleaned the island granite; they cleaned water scaling build-up on the bathroom granite (also installed by someone else 7 years before); and they spent time explaining the best methods to preserve and clean our granite. Couldn't have asked for a better group of guys! We also wish to thank our general contractor, Paul Lyttle of Regal Concepts and Designs for recommending Marjan Stone.

There was a misunderstanding regarding the installation of the stone countertop originally, but the owner of the company, Hikmet Pauls, came to our home to see the problem. We could not have asked him to be more considerate and he was quick to make arrangements to have the problem resolved. The final project looked perfect and we are very pleased with the end result! We will definitely use them again for any future stone or granite installations in our home and highly recommend their company to anyone who is considering granite/stone countertop installation.

My biggest complaint is they were suppose to curve all four edges of granite to flow with my huge farmhouse sink. they only rounded out the back so on site at my home they tried to round out front of the granite to flow with the sink. they pieced in some as well. doesn't look very good. Hopefully I'm the only one who will be noticing it.

We needed to install an additional hole by our kitchen sink. Because we love our granite counter top, which was installed 8 years ago, we wanted to get someone in who would do the job right and not cause any damage. After looking at the reviews on Angie's list, we called Marjan Stone Company and had them come out. They were on time, quickly determined where and how the new hole should go and after doing the job cleaned up. It was an easy job for them, and I appreciated how professional and courteous they were. Would definitely use them again.

Very professional and pleasant through the entire job. They kept me informed worked in a very timely manner. Claudia was a pleasure to work with and on top of everything. Installers were on time, pleasant and did a good job.

It was the first time I had used them. They were very helpful and professional. They got the work done on time and the price was fair. Everything went fine.

They did a great job! The color of the caulking matches perfectly with the granite but it is separating. I am planning to call them to come out to re caulk the lines where the granite meets. They did a good job with the installation and I had not had a problem since. If they come back I will probably have them do the granite counter tops in the bathroom. They showed up on time, completed the work, and I am pleased with the service.

The sales and service were wonderful, including the owner's same-day-as-purchase visit to our house to measure. The product has been as promised... It's beautiful, doesn't have a scratch or stain after 2 years, and we couldn't be happier. The price quote for the same product and service was 3K less than an in-town competitor.

I thought they did a very good and professional job, and their work looks beautiful. Also, they had a very good selection of stone, reasonable pricing and excellent services. I have already used them again for another job.

The process was very smooth. Their price was excellent and the people installed the counter tops were very professional, neat and clean. The quality of their work is very good, especially when I compared their work with some other counter tops that I have seen. In particular, they came to do the demolition of the previous tile installation and installed the new ones next day. As a result, we were without Kitchen for only less than two days instead of 7 to 10 days others requested. It should also point out that they did so without any compromise in the work quality. I would highly recommend them for any counter top installation.

We brought a quote from another store, and they beat it by 33% on the same product. They were fast, efficient, delivered as promised, and the owner even did the measuring himself to ensure that the counter fit right the first time. We immediately recommended Marjan to a neighbor, and they also did business with this awesome company. Definitely worth a trip to Santee!
