Description of Work: 3,600 sf house renovation for sale project, working with owner and designer. Renovation of dated Master Bath which included demolition of overhead soffit, cabinetry, and flooring, plus removal of existing sunken bathtub. New cabinetry, sinks, faucets, and freestanding bathtub installed. New electrical wiring in places, with lit mirrors, additional recessed lighting and sconces installed. New stone floor tile and paint. Kitchen remodel included full cabinet repainting, installation of new kitchen sink and faucet, new quartz counters, and new backsplash tile; additionally, some new recessed lighting was added and new island pendant lights were wired and installed. All door hardware was changed out through-out house and new cabinet hardware was installed. Additional light fixture wiring and change out through-out house. Whole house interior painting with lots of trim work for mullioned windows and doors, built-in bookshelving units, and brick fireplace. Double front door with side lights unit refinished to black stained doors with white painted side lights. Garage doors and some exterior walls repainted.
