He was great. I was really happy that he could come out the same day I called. He advised against repairing a gasket that served no utilitarian function and saved me $200!

Everything went great, I was worried it would be something very serious, it was quick, inexpensive and Seth was very prompt. I will definitely use this company again.

Seth was remarkably responsive when I contacted him and squeezed us in that same morning. He came when he said he'd come. He handled the problem easily and returned the following day to take another pass at trimming the tree roots. He recommended things we could do to prevent the problem from happening again. And, his price was more than reasonable. All in all, we were very satisfied and will call Seth again. We recommend him without any reservations.

He was excellent. He responded very quickly to an emergency call on a Friday night. Actually it was a holiday weekend, that he would be here at 7:00 in the morning and he was here at 7:00 in the morning with all the parts to replace the water heater. He gave me a very competitive bid and then when I told him I was an Angie's List referee and that on his profile it extended up a discount, he promptly gave me the discount for mentioning that. His work was very neat, very professional and we will absolutely have him back.

This is the second time I've called Seth for irrigation pipe leaks. My house is pretty old, and the pipes are difficult to get at. He had to use a jack hammer on both occasions to get to the problem. The work was first class both times! He always gives an estimate before starting the work. Both times, the estimate was higher than the actual cost of the work. He is very honest about his billing. He also gives a very detailed receipt of what was done, which is good for house maintenance record keeping. He's definitely my "go-to" plumber. Punctual, honest, professional, quality work.

Second time for Seth and both times, he was very professional. Would recommend to anybody!

We had a clogged sewer main. Everything was backed up. Due to an addition by the previous owner, our house had a main line clean out inside a large finished room. We called Seth who came out an hour later. Seth hauled his snake to the roof and snaked through a vent. Twice finding nothing. Then he hauled his larger main line snake up there and finally with 5 feet left on the snake he found some roots. Seth cut through the roots a few times, made some suggestions if this happens again and only added $25 to the price for hauling his gear to the roof.

Clearwater Drain Service showed up on time, works efficiently, and communicates well with customer. There was no up-selling or question about how much the services were going to cost. He provided all of the services for $1200 when I received a competitors quote for triple that amount.

He showed up on time. Was very professional and did a great job. He worked from 8 am to 2:30 pm until work was completed. He is very reliable and answered all questions in a timely manner. He also cleaned up after himself and asked me to inspect the work prior to him leaving. I have used him in the past at my primary residents as well. The job he did was excellent.

Seth is very knowledgeable and fair. He was on time, completed the job the same day and his price was very fair. I recommend him highly!

Frankly, I hate calling the typical drain cleaners. While most are fast, there is often lots of upselling (you want a video of your crudy pipes?) and the cost can really get out of control. Seth is really the classic pro. Knows his stuff, has a neat set of tricks to make what was a very difficult drain plug (limited access, old cast iron pipes, rusty flakes and hair) get cleared. No upselling. We talked about the long term need of replacing a section of problem plumbing but his approach was very practical as opposed to opportunistic. Price was very reasonable. He is on my "first to call list".

A simple clogged shower drain job turned out to be much more complicated due to bad original plumbing by the builder. Seth did a very professional job and was able to solve the problem. He explained to us all the steps and the options we have. I would definitely use his services again if needed and recommend him to my neighbors.

I had recently installed a toilet where there had not been one for 2 years. Toilet worked fine for about a week and then the trouble started. Toilet would flush fine once. If i decided to flush it again, the water in the toilet bowl would bubble and the water would rise. I stopped using the toilet and waited, hoping it would clear up. I had enough and called Seth I called Saturday morning and he was at my house within the hour. He used a 10 ft snake- nothing He then removed the toilet and used a longer snake. He went all the way to the street, ran water down the pipe and saw that it seemed to be draining. He reinstalled the toilet and started flushing toilet paper down. The toilet backed up again. He persisted and in a little while the drain cleared. He attributed the back up to rust in the cast iron pipe along with dried paper (It had been 2 years since water had tun through the pipe). The rust will catch everything. I was thrilled that someone came over and worked until the problem was solved. And when he showed me the bill I wasn't sad. Yes, i was happy! The bill was reasonable and believe me he worked hard to clear that line. Lesson learned, don't let remodeling projects take 2 years! Thank you Seth. You are "my" plumber now!

Seth did several jobs for me over the course of a few weeks. He was punctual, professional, and did great work. He did work that others turned down due to a tight crawl space. He got me compensated by my home warranty for a gas leak he discovered while working in my crawl space. He suggested ways for me to save some money, for example, by doing excavating myself. Overall, I'm impressed and will not hesitate to call again the next time I need plumbing work that I can't handle myself.

Seth got right out there and got the job done! friendly and courteous and professional service. WILL DEFINITELY USE AGAIN.

Thank you to Seth for fixing our clogged drain! What a lifesaver he is! Our kitchen drain backed up right after dinner on Saturday night. I started looking for plumber/drain cleaner right away and I found him on Angie's list. My husband called him right then, on Saturday night around 7:30pm to make arrangements for our "unclogging." We made and appointment for this morning. He arrived right on time! He was very polite, efficient professional. Seth unclogged the drain quickly and his fee was very reasonable - $105.00. (I have paid $250 in the past with a big time company I would never recommend.) THANK YOU! The Polings in Jamul are now his biggest fans!! I can't believe Seth has completed the job and is on his way and it is only 9am! Seth gets a huge 5 STAR BANNER from us! If you need your drains opened or a plumber he is your man!!

Seth arrived right on time and worked to partially locate out blockage. We had to call Ocean Plumbing, who video inspected the exact location. Seth then cleared the line very well. Great guy, will continue to use him, he is a charm to deal with....

Seth is a pro. We felt we had an unusual situation given the way water gets to certain parts of that house, but like he said, he's seen it all, and this didn't phase him. He didn't balk at doing what was necessary when he ran into an issue with the old PVC line. He looked for that entire run, even having to get slightly into the crawl space below the house and even digging a bit to see where the old PVC line came and went. We were concerned about having the PVC pipe dug up in case it broke, but he managed the whole job just fine. He was friendly, very punctual, and communicated with us to tell us his plan or if he had questions. He cleaned up after the job. We are very happy with his work and wouldn't hesitate to call him again. Our tenants are happy, so we are happy!

The system, purchased over the net, required professional installation & expertise. The business was actually referred to me by another plumbing company found on Angie's list who said the job was more than they were capable of doing. In addition to the installation of 2 tank units, the system requires regular back wash which needs a drain outlet. It wasn't possible to drain the system inside the garage so he had to find a viable solution outside that wouldn't flood anything as the back wash is considerable. He found a way to connect to a rain gutter that empties under ground to the street. Having just painted the wall involved in the installation, any marks, mis-placed holes, stray tool scrapes, etc, would be readily apparent. There werent any which indicated his attention to detail. Turning the water back on revealed a problem with the system not addressed in the instruction manual. He called the company for a solution to this & any thing else not found in the enclosed literature. Though time consuming, it became necessary to remove the aerators to all the sink faucets in order to clear the pipes of the sediment initially forced thru by the system. This was an unknown issue not mentioned in the manual. He rechecked everything more than once after cleaning the pipes to ensure all was completely operational, free flowing, & water pressure was sustained. He offered solutions to minor non-system plumbing issues he came across while trouble shooting. I couldn't be happier with the work & results. Very professional, and dedicated to the work at hand.

Service provider, himself (Seth) answered his phone. I was able to setup an appt. with him directly. He showed up at work site at time and day he said he was going to be there. He called just prior to give us an ETA of which was great so we could make sure we would be there. The work was done with no problem. He also gave us advice on where to get a part for connecting a gas stove of which my husband was doing himself but hadn't found the part at the local large do-it-yourself stores. Overall great experience!

Seth called, said he was on his way (earlier than he originally said, which is great), showed up 10 minutes later. Took about an hour and a half, did a great job, cleaned up afterwards.
