Clearwater Drain Service

It was good. There was a part that had to be changed and so he had to go out and get that. He was very good. He came out a second time because also he changed a, our toilets were running and there was one toilet that just kept on running and he came back multiple times to address that with no charge. He did quality work.

When I discovered that our water heater was leaking I called Clearwater Drain Service. Seth was able to come by that day - it was a Friday. He called around, found someone who could deliver a new water heater that day, and installed it. The water heater was in a space under the house so it was not an easy installation. He also added a recirculating pump system so that the water in the far end of the house would not take so long to get hot (saves a lot of water). Finally, to get the recirculating pump to work correctly he had to and a baffle under the sink in one of the bathrooms, but it required a new faucet that was not a easily found. Seth returned the next Monday morning with the proper faucet and completed the work. All is back to normal because Seth was conscientious and professional. Without a question, I would hire him again.

Emergency Saturday morning job. We allowed Seth to select the replacement toilets. The two Gerber Viper (1.28 gpf) toilets are working great. Instead of the pre-packaged plastic parts, Seth brought brass parts and extra large wax rings. Professional installation at a great price.

Seth was immediately responsive when I emailed him about coming to look at our clogged shower drain. He set us up with his earliest appointment time and was very professional. On the day of the appointment, he arrived on time, assessed the issue almost immediately, and corrected the issue in a timely manner. It felt good to see the cause of the clog and to know that it had been removed. We are extremely pleased with Seth's work and attitude and are looking forward to keeping him as our go-to plumber!

We were very happy with all the work Seth did. He is very knowledgeable and does great work. Our house was build in 1953 and there was a mix of old cast iron with a rats nest of quick fixes. It was not an easy environment to work in. He works fast and is an excellent communicator. We made some changes which he was flexible with, and he made some excellent recommendations regarding our laundry plumbing. Best plumber!

Seth answered my initial call (after work hours) and was patient while I tried to explain my plumbing issue in the most basic of terms. He was able to decipher what I needed help with--even though I had no idea what the proper terms were. He showed up the next day, as promised, on time (actually a few minutes early). While I thought I simply needed install of parts I already had, it turned out I needed a whole new faucet. He ran out and got a new faucet, returned shortly thereafter, and fixed it. He was polite, courteous, and a true professional. Thanks to Seth (and Angie's List) I got my leak fixed at a good price and from a great guy.

This was a complete success. Seth arrived on time, was very professional, and very personable. The job was completed efficiently and we are 100% satisfied. The existing pressure regulator was located in a narrowly accessible space yet it didn't slow Seth down. He handled the install with ease. We're very happy we called Clearwater Drain Service, and I know I will call them again first for any future plumbing needs. I recommend that you do too.

Excellent job. We contacted Seth for this job because he had previously done plumbing work for us so we were confident in the quality of his work and knowledge. We have rental properties and he has done work there too. This work was done at our primary residence. He is on time and is always available by phone or text when we have had questions. Service provider, was on time , very professional. He replaced the Garbage disposal, as advertised, and evn noticed some issues with the existing piping under the sink, that he repaired at no additional charge. I would recommend Clearwater Drain Services, to all in need, and will be happy to contact them again when we need an Honest Plumbing and drain repair outfit. Our sewer backed up on a recent Saturday morning. Based on past excellent service, I called Seth at Clearwater Drain Service. He finished the job he was on and came immediately to our house. After many frustrating hours trying to clear the drain, it was discovered that the blockage was at the edge of the property. After lots of digging, he found the access to the drain and found the collapse was deep in the ground, requiring dig alert to mark utilities, and a backhoe to dig out the pipe. All went well and we were back in our home by Tuesday, much sooner than I had expected. It was a big job and Seth worked diligently to get our drain repaired and us back in service. I was once again impressed with Seth?s work ethic and personal integrity.

I hired Seth to replace a leaky garbage disposal, which met a too-early demise. He had a special going through Angie's list, but the replacement garbage disposal was the same model as the one installed in my kitchen that had leaked after only a few years. I decided to buy a beefier (and quieter) disposal and let Seth handle the installation. He was initially concerned that some of the drainage pipes would need to be modified to accommodate the different dimensions of the new disposal, but it turned out that was not required. He was punctual, professional, and cleaned up the area afterward. When my mother-in-law needed a plumber we recommended Clearwater. She was very pleased with his work as well.

Clearwater is a "plumber's plumber" I was made aware of easy fixes for possible future problems. Great value for your plumbing dollar. I wish all of my plumbing experiences were like Clearwater!

I had another company come out to unclog my clogged shower drain. They were unable to, and they told me that my p-trap was probably damaged. They could not get the cable more than a foot into the drain. This was especially concerning as the p-trap is underneath a nice, old hand tiled floor which would have to be torn up to access the p-trap. They did recommend that I get a 2nd opinion, and they didn't charge me, which was especially nice. I then found Clearwater Drain Service (i.e. Seth) here on Angie's List and scheduled a next day appointment. Seth was on time, and was able to cable several feet through the drain. He pulled out a giant glob of hair, and it drains perfect now. Very happy!

checked out drip sound in master bathroom, crawled under house as well as looked in attic to help identify. Reviewed other plumbers work and went online and looked up requirements to bring item to code before giving me estimate for repair.

Seth, the owner, is busy and I can understand why based on the quality of his work. He arrived on the scheduled day and on time. We had requested a toilet installation and drain service. Seth looked at the old toilet and checked to confirm that the drain flowed easily. He felt that the old toilet was the problem and recommended that we didn't need need the drain service. Seth replaced the toilet. He maintained a clean work environment during the job so we didn't have clean up after he left. We are very pleased with the work.

It was wonderful. Actually my daughter and son-in-law found him on Angie’s List. Then I decided to bring him to my house to give an estimate and I was very pleased with him. He was very efficient. He explained everything to me and I felt I could trust his work.
