Seth was on time for both appointments.In fact a little early which was I appreciated.He got right to work and was very friendly.His prices are reasonable and he is an honest guy.When he was done with the job he cleaned up the work area.I will use Clearwater Drain Service for any future plumbing services,should the need arise.

We are extremely satisfied. He was professional in all regards and he provided us with an education about our sewer and drain system along with excellent service at a very fair price. We will definitely call him for all our plumbing needs in the future.

Seth from Clearwater Drain Service arrived on time, diagnosed the problem with the pressure regulator and banging pipes and got to work quickly. He explained everything he was going to do in advance and in detail, and gave me a very reasonable estimate. He replaced the pressure regulator and explained how the old part had failed. Also, he replaced the regulator in such a way as to facilitate servicing it in the future. Next, he moved to the banging pipes. He explained our options and came up with a way of securing the pipes that solved the problem and minimized our expense. We are very satisfied with the work he did for us. He's pleasant and professional and I wouldn't hesitate to call on him again for service.

The issues was my sewer line was clogged and the pipe was corroded so much that is was sending all that nasty stuff into the wall!!! As many would be, I was not pleased with what I saw. Sewage was pooling up outside, opposite the kitchen sink wall and you can imagine the smell. I called Seth after looking on Angies list, called him, and he had just finished another job and came over right away. He diagnosed the issue and immediately came up with a plan of action that has since resolved the issue at hand. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome of Seth's work and the price was perfect for what he had to do!!! Let me tell you as simply as I can...IF YOU HAVE A PLUMBING ISSUE, CALL SETH IMMEDIATELY.

It went very well. I originally called Peter Felbler plumbing and he got busy on a job. He called Clearwater Drain Service and arranged for him to come over. They done a excellent job at a fair price

I was considering asking my son to help me replace the old one, but after thinking about it I decided to get prices from several plumbing contractors and Seth came in with the best price. It was the best $1100.00 I've ever spent. Seth's bid was no nonsense which stated the price, and that it will not increase. It took him about 4 hours to remove the old water heater and install the new one. He updated the gas line and copper lines and valves. I had put the old W H in myself several years ago and there were a lot of things that were illegal. Everything's is to code now. He did a clean professional job and hauled away the old one. I still stop and look at it whenever I go out into the garage. I told my son about this experience and if he ever had plumbing needs to give me a call and I'd pass Seths information along. My son sent me a text about an hour ago asking for Seths info and I happily gave it to him. I would recommend Clearwater Drain Service to anyone.

This is our second time working with Seth Flanery in the last 6 months. Both times he has been professional, on time, on or under budget and the work is solid. We had water seeping up in the yard, and after determining that is wasn't the drainage line and wasn't the yard irrigation, Seth recommended a good company to isolate the leak and we confirmed it was the main water supply to the house. He advised on the best way to repair, and after we had a trench dug the next day, he contacted us to check the status and was ready to work. He provided an estimate ($600-$800) and when the work was finished, the price was $689 - in the budget and on time! We are already set to have him take on another job and would recommend him to anyone for any plumbing and/or drainage related work.

It took under a couple hours and he said it is best to have them done/cleaned once a year. Very pro friendly service. He mentioned that there must be at least a hairline or bigger crack somewhere in the line for the roots to get inside in the first place, He said possibly in the future we might consider doing that(can't remember what he called it) camera crack detection thing inside the line to try and figure out where the crack is actually is located.

This was a late afternoon request for service. Seth graciously agreed to come out after what was probably the end of his work day in order to restore water service to my house. He was completely professional and unquestionably competent. He made it look easy, but skill and experience will do that. Seth was friendly and easy-going, and he refrained from commenting on my ill-advised attempt to tackle this task myself. I can't tell you how much I appreciated that. I have a personal preference for patronizing small businesses rather than large companies, and I will gladly call Seth for some future jobs that I have planned.

Seth quoted me $95 over the phone for the job, which seemed very reasonable for an emergency on Saturday night. It ended up being a tougher job than he expected and took him a lot longer. He hung in there and worked the snake, with the touch of a cellist in the San Diego symphony, until he had the entire pipe all the way to the curb cleaned out. And then he scrubbed the walls and floors to clean up afterwards. After he finished, I expected the price to be much more than his original quote. Nope! Still $95 bucks. I hope the $25 dollar tip was enough.. Good guy.

He also calls himself Clear Water Drain Service. The work was done exceptionally well. He did an excellent job cleaning up after himself. We were very pleased with the quality of the work. It was done in a very fast, prompt manner. The guy was very polite and the overall experience was good. The price did seem kind of high which may have been related to the promptness of the service.

He had to replace some of the connections from my previous water heater. He did the job very efficiently. I could see that he knew what he was doing. Before I knew it the job was finished. The workmanship was very clean and the rerouting of the pipes was streamlined and aesthetically pleasing. I would recommend him for your plumbing needs.
