Description of Work: They charge extra if they come on a weekend. As a teacher, it is very difficult to get during the week. The cost to take off was far more than the hour of work. I did not know this. We kept missing each other. I was not able to get out of work. For me it was a bad experience. I lost out on the money trying to make arrangements to do it during the week. I did not understand that they charge extra to do it on weekend. They were adamant of extra cost for weekends and would not budge on this. They might be good, but schedules and conflicts of my job made it a problem for me.

Description of Work: I had a busted pipe leaking under the house crawl space for my irrigation system. Apparently it had been leaking for some time and I didn't notice it until my neighbor told me about it. It was after 6pm and I needed someone on an emergency basis. I called one other provider and got their answering service and waited 15 mins then called Clearwater. Seth answered and I explained the situation and he was over in 20 minutes. He determined where the leak was coming from and couldn't get to it because of the 2 inches of standing water under my bedroom so he capped off the pipe closer to the front of the house where it wasn't as wet. Poor guy had to crawl in some mud and got really dirty. I'll be having him come back once the ground is completely dry to repair the pipe.

Description of Work: I had a mainline drain blockage in bath#2. The owner, Seth, showed up about 15 minutes early, which was fine with me. He pulled the toilet since there was no nearby cleanout, and tried snaking from there. It didn't work, so he left, came back with a much larger snake machine, got up on the roof and discovered roots were packed into the line. He eventually cleared the roots out, reset the toilet, including a new supply line and flapper and now after six weeks everything is working fine. Seth was honest, professional, and hard working. I will definitely call him the next time I have a plumbing problem.

Description of Work: Picked up and installed a new toilet. Also, I had been searching for a good recirculating system and Seth helped me choose one that perfectly suited my needs. The installation was great and he left things clean. His personality was easy to work with and everything has worked fine. We were very happy to find a good plumber and will definitely use Clearwater again.

Description of Work: Seth checked the leak under the sink and found it was the leaky garbage disposal. He purchased a new disposal and installed it. He also purchased and installed a new kitchen faucet as the current one was worn and needed replacement. We were happy with everything done.

Description of Work: He installed a water pressure regulator after hearing our tenants describe their water issues. The water line also reached to my mom's granny unit, so all homes on the line benefited. Since then the renters have left and we are re-habbing the home, and all workers have noted and appreciated the presence of that water pressure regulator. Thanks Seth!
