 + 1 moreMark was very punctual and professional. He used tarps to protect the pathways and cleaned up after himself. It took 4 days. Mostly half days. He dedicates himself to your job and doesn't start another until he's finished with yours, so I had to wait for him to finish with the other project he had going, but when he got to my job, he was focused fully on doing it. The tile is beautiful and I'm quite happy with it. He also gave us his contractor discount on the tile at a whole saler, which was substantial. And he gave me a lot of advise on sealing and repairing the rest of the tile in the house. And gave me two tubes of grout to repair cracks in the grout of my bathtubs. Except for the price, which was on the high side, I was VERY happy with his work. He does good work and is happy to explain what he's doing and how you can take care of it, etc.
Description of Work: Installed hardie board and tile, and sealed it. In two bedrooms, after we removed closet doors, carpeting and base board.
