Casa Interiors

At the suggestion of our tile contractor, we contacted Casa Interiors regarding carpeting for all areas of our home not tiled. We had already found what we wanted at another dealer, but we did not want to use that company after reading their reviews on Angie's List. We spoke with Bill, co-owner with Marty, at their showroom and learned they did not carry the carpet brand we wanted. He said he would call around to see if he could get it through one of his contacts. He found it within two days at a dealer out of town and came to our home (over 20 miles one way from his showroom) to show us a sample to be sure it was what we wanted. When we confirmed our choice, he measured, wrote up an estimate, and then ordered the carpet. It was on back order with the manufacturer, to arrive in about 3 weeks. Just over one week later, he called that it was received and they could install it two days later at 8:30am. The installers arrived on time and went right to work. They worked straight through to 5:30pm. They cleaned up before leaving, vacuuming, etc. The second day they also arrived as scheduled and finished before 4pm. Eric and his crew, Jose and John, did a superb job. The entire house had just been painted and there is not one wall or baseboard that needed touch up paint after they left. It is actually unbelievable to us that they moved things like a king size bed, file cabinet, treadmill, and other large pieces of furniture without any dings in the paint or door frames (as has happened during previous carpet jobs by other vendors). They also vacuumed and cleaned up before leaving. We felt confident with Bill from the beginning due to his calm, reassuring demeanor. We never felt any pressure from him to buy something they carried rather than the exact brand and color we wanted. Rather, he worked diligently to find what we wanted and found it in another city! He didn't even ask for a deposit before installing the carpet. It should be noted, Casa Interiors does all types of flooring and window coverings. Because of our pleasant experience with the carpet, we ordered window coverings from Bill as well.

Overall we had a great experience with Casa Interiors. They are knowledgeable and professional. The installers were really friendly, careful, and did a great job. My only complaint was that it was hard to reach Casa Interiors by email (prolonged response times) -- they were very responsive to phone calls, though.

Marty is very professional and it is clear that he knows about flooring/carpeting. He brought samples that I had requested and helped me determine what the best course of action were for carpeting my family room. I have not yet had the carpet installed but will be writing about it when I do. I would recommend Casa Interiors to anyone wanting to work with a locally owned business with impeccable customer service.

They were fabulous. They were on time and really thorough and did really a good job. They didn't make a mess and it was a really positive experience working with them. I think their price was a little bit high, but the quality was great and it lasted a long time.

I had back to back projects when I had the tile work done, as I had to get other work done by them too. They worked around my time schedule, as they were involved in other work too. I had to schedule 2 different companies for doing hardwood work and these people for the tile work. So, I really appreciated it. They were very responsive in terms of making sure that their schedules were available before I could make other plans.

I also had them do the tile work, but that was done separately. They first did the tile work, then the hardwood and then the carpet installation. We had used their services before and I went back to them because they provide good service. Their responsiveness and the quality of their work was outstanding. Their price was very good and competitive too. I don't have anything negative to tell about them. I would use their services in the future too as long as we need them.

They did an excellent job with the carpet. They were careful with the furniture, as they moved it, and they moved everything back into place.

I OWN APARTMENT BUILDINGS , BILL AT CASA INTERIORS GIVES ME GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. FAST AND GREAT QUALITY WORK BY THE WORKERS HE SENDS OUT. THEY VACUUM AFTER THEY INSTALL THE CARPET .

CASA INSTALLED CARPET IN MY 2013 SQUARE FOOT HOME. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. LET ME KNOW EXACTLY HOW TO TAKE CARE OF MY CARPET TO KEEP IT LOOKING NEW. MARTY CAME OUT TO MY HOME WITH SAMPLES OF CARPET IN THE COLOR I HAD DESIRED AND SOME OTHERS AS WELL. I ENJOYED THIS COMPANY, THEY WERE FAST AND GOT IT DONE ON MY SCHEDULE, NOT THEIRS.
