They did a great job repairing my roof and painting the upper trim. They showed up on time, finished when they said they would and all for a good price. They discovered a couple of additional issues and fixed them for a very low extra charge and they didn't try to sell up or sell me anything I didn't need.

Company is easy to work with. The on-site paint foreman John is/was outstanding; hard worker!

Arrow Building is fantastic! My back wall, which butts up against the canyon, was flaking and needed re-stuccoing. Arrow Building came highly recommended, so I called, and Terry Diamond came to evaluate the job and make recommendations on preserving the wall. Within two days, the project was done. A month later, I noticed some blotches on the wall, so I called Terry again, and he came over that day to reassess the problem. He said that there was effervescent moisture seeping from the canyon. He then sent someone out to put on a highly specialized waterproof sealant, which did the job. One of his dedicated workers spent another two days rectifying the issue without asking for more money. It wasnâ t something Terry did wrong, but he took it upon himself to make it better. He also paid for the labor and supplies, which amounted to several hundred dollars. Now I know why Arrow Building comes highly recommended. Thank you, Terry.

Terry and all of his subcontractors were great to work with. Terry came out to review our project right away and helped us understand what was needed. We really appreciated his candor as to what we were looking at to get our stucco repaired, new windows installed, new siding on an addition, trim painting and lighting replaced. He checked in regularly and kept the project moving forward. We are very happy with the results and will use them again for more projects.

I can not tell you how happy I am with Arrow Building! Five stars are not enough. From day one, Terry (senior) came out, analyzed what I needed, gave me a quote, and was ready when I called. The workers were exceptional! John and Kevin can not be beat. They were here on time, worked steadily all day, told me what they were doing and what they would be doing the next day. They cleaned up every night and made sure there was nothing I needed done, very solicitous. At least once a day, and often several times a day, Terry II was here to see how things were going. I had stucco repair done and you can not even see where the repair work blends with the old stucco. The painting was top-notch. I had a window washer in today who said he would never seen such a good paint job around windows! They painted the patio overhead and a pergola and they look wonderful! Am I happy? YES!!!

We tried to get a few estimates. Some contractors never called back, some never showed up to give a bid! Arrow Bldg came out Immediately and Terry checked in with us periodically until we were ready. Terry's crew was fabulous. They repaired & painted our home, which looks new. The crew showed up on time & let us know what to expect daily. This is our forever home. It's nice to know Arrow Bldg was honest, professional & easy to work with.

Terry Diamond, Terry Diamond Jr, and their crew were a pleasure to work with. They resided our entire condominium complex in Coronado. High quality, professional work. They went out of their way to ensure everything was clean and completed to our satisfaction, even helping us line up other contractors for things that were out of scope.

We chose Arrow Building after getting bids from other companies to repair a roof leak and replace a lot of siding that had dry rot on our two car , story detached garage . One of the reasons we chose Arrow is that they could do the roofing, siding and painting. We met with Terry Sr and he was very professional and sent his son Terry ll to set up the dates. I would have had to use two to three contrators with the other bids. Arrows price was right in line with the others. The roofing crew came out did a tourch down roof with new facia and drip line. The crew worked in 107degree weather and did a great job. They were very friendly and let its know what they were doing. Terry ll was there to get them started.The siding crew came and tore out the old siding and wrapped the garage in plastic. Again Terryll was there to start the job site The HardieBoard siding was installed. Other companies wanted to just replace the 35year old cedar siding dry rot boards only which was probably half the siding. For just a bit more, Arrow tore out all the siding and replaced it with hardieboard. They even replaced half a dozen studs that had had some damage. I watched as they caulked the seams and covered the nail holes. Next came the painting crew and they checked all the seams and nail holes and then primed the siding with a colored primer. Then came the main color. Spray painted both horizontal and verticle giving it a thick coat. Terry ll came by and suggested he power wash the garage door the next morning and send his crew back out to paint the door. This was not part of our contract but they painted the door and the stairs, again not part of the contract. The only delay in the project was a custom door that took them 3 extra days to get. Not their fault. All three crews were very professional, on time, cleaned up at the end of each day and didn't mind talking with us explaining things and answering our questions. We are so please with Arrow Building that we plan to use them when we move in a few years. Just today a friend saw our new garage and mentioned she had a roof that needed so attention. We immediately recommended Arrow Building. Great Job at a great price with great people.

Outstanding service! The house looks brand new! Carlos and John were wonderful during the entire process and had many suggestions that made the completed project a major success.
