I cleaned alongside them to do the deep, deep cleaning like the outside top of the kitchen cupboards. I was getting ready for a party; so I did all the ladder work? fans, lights, upper windows. They did vacuuming, lower surfaces, and cleaning floors. They were all cheerful. We all worked hard. There were a few language issues. I don't speak Spanish; so that usually happens. I ended up having to redo the stairs and the bathroom upstairs where I was not present to supervise them. That was a little disappointing.

The worker was courteous and polite. He did not have much in the way of simple hand tools. He had trouble removing the screens. I had to remove the screens and the sliding window on the single hung aluminum windows. He did an OK job cleaning and was done in a short time.

I did not realize that they would only do certain windows. It was for exterior and not interior. I thought the other company I had out did a better job. I would not use them again.

The Window cleaning itself was fine, nothing great, but the windows are clean. Appointment was scheduled between 8:00 & 10:00 arrived around 10:30am. And then wanted to negotiate with me on price. I added one additional very small bathroom window for a cost of $8.00 inside and out.

I had them clean the inside and outside of 12 of my medium to large windows, including the screens and tracks. They were very friendly, punctual, careful about not making a mess and did a great job! I wish I would have done it sooner and I would definitely use them again.

It was the first time I had used them. They did a very good job. He was personable and I really like their service. I would use them again.

Overall the work was ok and they did make it right with the second visit I feel is was overpriced and not a 'deal' - $200 to clean outside only, and a single floor of 2) on a 2000sf home - at that rate to have the inside and outside windows of the entire home cleaned would cost $800.00 - that does not seem like good deal to me. Additionally the windows were not cleaned well and required a revisit. BEWARE - everything is extra with this company - if you have any staining on the windows from something like sprinkler stains or buildup of any kind it is an extra charge - I generally rate very leniently - however, I would not recommend this company.

Overall the whole experience went great. He arrived on time - gave us the full price we needed to pay and then did his job wonderfully. No problems - just great work.

The servie call went well. They were on time and did work as expected.

I bought an Angie's List Big Deal, $99 for 20 windows. Wasn't planning to use it until spring, America's Best called when they were in my area and had a cancellation, so I went ahead with a fall cleaning. The cleaner did a nice job and was done in time for me to leave for an appointment. He was friendly and careful with his equipment and my tile roof. The only suggestion I have is that the worker should wear a shirt with the company logo on it.

The overall experience was very easy and pain free. Alex was on time and very professional. He explained the estimate of what it will cost and then what he was going to do. He was done so fast and the windows have never looked better! That night it rained but it didn't affect the windows at all! I would highly recommend Alex and America's Best.

A single worker arrived within the time period promised, lugging a bucket of water. He started shaking his head when he looked at my windows and said he hadn't been told that I had that many to do. I told him what the deal was supposed to be and he seemed confused, agitated even, and then mentioned that the woman whose windows he'd just cleaned was having a fit because he wasn't going to do all of her windows for $99. Honestly, that's not the way to start a transaction. I live in an old bungalow with four-over-one windows. When I indicated which windows I wanted cleaned (turns out the deal is really for 20 windows only, and each pane counts as a separate window) there seemed to be additional confusion on the count. The sliding glass door would have been an additional charge. I took off all the screens myself and put them back on. The worker had a small step stool which did not appear to be stable. He didn't seem physically up to the task, was winded the entire time he worked, groaned and muttered, and was not what I would call professional. The water he used was not clean; he did not ask to fill up his bucket from my hose. I had him stop before he got to the end of the 20 window count as I just wanted him to leave. The windows were streaked. I was not satisfied and I do not recommend.

They did an exceptional job! The best window cleaning job we've ever had. We highly recommend them.

Overall things went very well. Because of the rush in the beginning and my difficult schedule, ti took a while to get a date. When the installer showed up he did a good job getting it done in a timely fashion. He really helped me out with some weird window sizes.

The service was satisfactory, but I must have misunderstood what was included in the coupon. Washing the inside of the windows and screens was not included. I would have had to pay extra for those services.

Excellent. My windows were crystal clear and my screens were cleaned of dust and dirt. My serviceman was courteous, efficient and on time. The staff at the scheduling office are personable and went out of their way to make a last minute change in my appointment.

I fault Angie's List for this mismatch. I thought the deal was very deceptive. They advertised that they would clean 20 windows inside and out. Well, the inside is one surface and the outside is a different surface, so those counts as two windows. Angie's List shouldn't allow that kind of deceptive advertising to be printed on the site.

I purchased two different deals for two different jobs from them. I had to leave before they got it done, but when I got back it seemed like they did the job on the window screening. I was happy with that.

Company was quick to respond to our Angie's List purchase. The service was scheduled soon after contact, and was prompt and efficient. The screens have held up wonderfully!

It was an ok service. Nothing fantastic, but it wasn't terrible either. It was good and served its purpose.

There was some miscommunication when I originally scheduled the appointment to have my windows cleaned, but the problem was quickly corrected. Then, I had to reschedule due to an emergency out of town trip. The office staff was very understanding and helpful in rescheduling. The day of the service the window cleaner arrived promptly and was friendly. As I had injured my shoulder, he even set up the dog gate so I could contain my very big and not so friendly dogs while he worked. He cheerfully worked around the holes the dogs had dug and I was unable to fill, again due to my shoulder. My 20 windows were covered in a film of dirt from a very dusty landscaping project; the worker just set about cleaning them without comment or complaint, and was through in about an hour It's wonderful to be able to see out the windows again.

But, they would only clean one side. The price more than doubled for both sides.

I am very pleased with this company. Both Amelia and Desiree, who work in the office, were responsive and courteous when scheduling the appointment. They were very nice when I had to reschedule and very helpful. I also appreciate that they communicate with you via email since I work too many hours to call during business hours. Jeffrey did the work and he was fantastic. He is pleasant and friendly and took the time to be thorough and careful. Some of the windows have funky screens and are hard to open and he figured out how to do it when other companies just left them. He was fast, professional and hard working. Overall it was a great experience and this is now my window cleaning company.
