Description of Work: It went well. We thought the deal would include full screens, but it didn't.

Description of Work: i purchased one of the 99$ deals to re-screen 5 windows. i left the screens on my front porch for them to be done. When I came home that night i saw the job that was done. 4/5 looked ok. one had a slit in the screen that i needed them to come back out and fix. the edges around all the screen material was trimmed in a shoddy fashion. When they came back out to fix the other screen they didn't line up the screen right so the mesh isn't square.

Description of Work: Sent a pretty creepy guy out to do windows. Not someone I felt very comfortable having in my home.

Description of Work: Window cleaning was very good. Their scheduling was not good. I scheduled right after purchase. When it came to the scheduled day and they were late I called. I wasn't on the schedule. They made good however. Also, as I find with most Angie's List "deals", the quoted price always has lots of caveats. This one did as well.

Description of Work: America's Best finally contacted us a month after we bought the service. There had been a communication problem between you and them. By that time, my husband was so frustrated he did the windows himself. So far, Angie's List is batting 0 for 3. Our housecleaning service was clearly beyond the expertise of the first group you sent us. I just wanted woodwork cleaned. Shutters were done well but baseboards and cabinet doors were done poorly, if at all. GroutGenie has not responded to my e-mail asking to set up a time.

Description of Work: I purchased the $99 special for window cleaning and paid extra to have the screens cleaned. All outside windows and screens were cleaned. The work was done quickly and professionally and my windows look vey nice. Would use them again for future cleaning.

Description of Work: Window cleaning on a two-story home with 37+ windows. I had them cleaned inside, outside, screens and tracks. Alex arrived right in the middle of my 2 hour window and was ready to work. He was personable, neat and did a good job in about 3.5 hours.

Description of Work: I had all the windows washed inside and out, upstairs and downstairs, as well as all the screens. Then I had 5 screens repaired for an additional $99. The serviceman was fantastic. He was punctual, considerate, extremely neat and efficient. I was very, very impressed. I intend to use this company yearly.
