We recently purchased new stain master carpet and then had a printer ink issue. i thought for sure my carpet was ruined. i called the company 3 days later and experienced the best customer service. The employee that came was able to completely remove the stain as if it was never there. He also gave me tips on how to remove stains in the future, carpet care and provided me with a bottle of cleaner. Definitely will use again. Highly recommend this company

I Have being in Real Estate since 1968 .I have seing a lot of carpet cleaning. however never with the quality they provide. Yes more expensive, but worth every penny. I assure you you will rave with the quality of there work

I have used Above and Beyond Carpet Care many times now. We have them in every year at least (we don't have pets or heavy wear), and they ALWAYS do an exceptional job. Dave is extremely conscientious and professional, and the carpets and upholstery look brand new when he is done. He also really tries to help problem solve when there are spots or issues that need repair or extra attention. He is a perfectionist who takes pride in his work, and I really appreciate that. I also appreciate that he sends reminders and discounts when the time to have another cleaning is nearing. I often start thinking about having the crew in and then a reminder will arrive almost simultaneously, which I think shows how well he knows his business. My carpets and furniture look brand new again and Dave's services help me keep my home well maintained and cared for. Fabulous company!

I have used Above and Beyond many times, sometimes twice a year probably a total of 6-8 times. They are always on time, very good about confirming appointments. Never last minute changes. They do what they are supposed to do and make sure you are happy with the work they are very reliable. They don't surprise you with schedule changes at the last minute.

There is nothing that I dislike about them. They were a little on the expensive side but I expected that. I wasn't sure if they were going to be able to do the job on stretching the carpet and getting the wrinkles out. They were able to do an excellent job on that, so I was very pleased with that. The carpet cleaning was good. I don't have any complaints about it. It dried pretty much on time as they told us that it would take for it to dry. I wanted my staircase carpets to stand up a little more after they cleaned it but they informed me that they wouldn't do for the type of fabric that I had. It was something that I was hoping for and I didn't get but I don't think it was their fault. They were here on time but they had to call me back several times and try to reschedule. They had little bit of a problem and they finally agreed on a time and they came on time. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

Michelle confirmed the day before and Dave showed up promptly at 3 PM. Suddenly Dave didn't look as happy as he discovered that his equipment was malfunctioning. I began thinking that my Friday night was about to take a turn for the worst. Dave said that he could get it running again but that there would be a delay and that if I didn't mind giving him a key that he would take responsibility for his work and locking up. On Monday morning everything looked brand new. There were areas that I thought he would never get clean, but he did. The only problem is that it is still a cheap commercial carpet and despite Dave's best efforts that remains unchanged. I would highly recommend Above and Beyond to other members. They are a small family owned company that does "top notch" work.
