Not one Angie's list plumber responded... very disappointing. After waiting several days I cleared it myself... Had high hopes but to have no response unacceptable and many have asked how did it go and I told them.

They were finishing a job in the neighborhood and came right away. The woman on the phone was very nice and helpful and the gentleman who did the work was great. Would definitely use again.

Gem was fantastic! Not only did he successfully unclog the bathroom sink, but he gave me some 'insider' advice to help me save money in the future. I would definitely use VanGo Rooter again.

Great. Arrived on the dot. Did excellent job.

I called and was told that they'd be back to me soon. No on called back. I called again after 90 minutes, the person on the other line was unapologetic, but said they'd call me back. I never heard from them

VanGo is just another one of these bait and switch operations. We needed a simple clean out. The cleanouts accessible, and open and ready for them. A 15 minute job. They quoted me a decent arrival time so I didn't call around, and instead waited around. With a sewer that doesn't work. 1:00 comes, they say it will be 3. 3 comes they say it will be 6. I said, "are you sure, because that's getting late. Won't the tech go home?" I was assured he would not, so I didn't call anyone else. Meanwhile my wife had another service on the line with someone who could make it out. No, I said, VanGo promised it would be tonight. You know the rest. They ended up not coming at all til the next day. Will never call again.

Called and did not leave a bid or call ya say that they will not submit a bid

Horrible. Appointment was scheduled for 8am. Received a call at 8:15 telling me he would be there by 9am. Received another call at 9am telling me he had a flat tire and would be there in 90 minutes. He arrived at 11am and looked like he had just woken up. He was confused and tried telling me they would need to cut into the exterior wall (outside of the building) to get to the gasket which was behind a tile. He did not know what he was talking about. Prior to the appointment I had dismantled the fixture and taken pictures of the set up and texted them to them. I had a detailed conversation with them on the phone sent them 4 pictures and then day of the guy shows up 3 hours late and is completely confused. Wasted my entire morning. I had to take time from work for the appointment. Never received a follow up call or apology. I DO NOT recommend.

It went great. No complaints whatsoever.

It went well but the young plumber had to call for help from a more experienced plumber. That took more time and also he took a break of an hour an a half even though he was toll that the owner had to leave at 3pm. They ended up leaving at 5pm, first plumber arrived at 10:30am.

Tom was friendly, communicative, professional, flexible with scheduling, explained everything he planned to do including offered options, got the work done effectively, and left the workspace clean and tidy. I would definitely work with VanGo Rooter again!

We had a plugged sewer line which a friend looked at and pulled out what looked like construction debris from the recent work we had done. So I called Van Go. Juan came out and I showed him where I thought the plug was. I also told him that sizeable construction debris (I showed him a piece) was found in the line and that I was afraid that some of the debris might have already passed the blockage point and may create a plug further down the line. Therefore, I wanted the entire sewer line to be "cleaned" to avoid additional blockages. He listened, agreed, then he went back to the office to get a hydrojet and cleared the sewer from 2 access points. Juan arrived as scheduled, was courteous, helpful, did a thorough cleanup and did a great job. I was very pleased with VanGo.

Tech was here within an hour and a half after my call. And was done in an hour. Great job and very professional. Office was very responsive with follow up call. No question, I would use them again. Thank You VanGo!

We just moved into our new home and the toilet was not flushing properly. We called VanGo Rooter on Monday evening and they were able to send someone by Tuesday morning. Carlos came and looked at our toilet and was immediately able to tell us what he thought needed to be fixed. After about an hour he was done and the toilet flushed perfectly. He was very thorough and gave us great advice on what to look for in the future which was very helpful as we are first time homeowners. Would definitely hire again!

We called late on a Sunday afternoon and they sent someone out a couple of hours later. Our sink was completely clogged and the drain plug couldn't be reached from the outside of the house. The plumber (I apologize, it has been a few weeks and I can't remember his name) found the clog by going through under the sink and found another clog further along the line, under the driveway. Prompt, professional service. Would hire again.

Wilmar was fantastic. He solved the problem in a matter a minutes and it's been fine ever since. The office folks are great too. They keep you informed of the tech's whereabouts and eta. Will definitely call VanGo Rooter again if the need arises.

I called them and they came out on the same day. They would call me and make sure I was up to date. They are responsible and tell me what is going on unlike others. When they come here they really explain to me more of what is going on, and give me information about a water heater. They tried really hard to replace the part, so they are really good and honest. They kept the place clean, they even cleaned my water heater because it was dirty, and they even cleaned that.

They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend.

From the representative who answered the phone and scheduled the service appointment to the plumbing technicians who came to my house, everyone was professional and responsive. The first plumbing technician arrived at our home on time. Carlos quickly identified what needed to be done. The work he recommended required access to through the house trap located directly under my car. Since I was more than an hour away from the house at the time, Carlos arranged to have another technician come to the house to give me time to move my car and give them access to the plumbing through the house trap. Eddie arrived on time, and he quickly assessed the problem. When he was unable to identify any blockage from the house trap, he moved into the house and cleared the blockage by accessing the plumbing from inside the house. I am very happy with how quickly VanGo Rooter responded to my request for service and with the highly skilled and professional service provided by their plumbers!

Reviewed cost and options for proceeding with replacement of garbage disposal. Conrad was knowledgeable, honest, and pleasant. Showed up within hour of making call request.

They were easy to understand and very helpful. I haven't had any problems so far.

Sean arrived the next day after we called, he said he had never heard of a homeowner having to clear out the line under the street, as that's the City's responsibility. Nevertheless he ran a camera down there. He had us flush two toilets and we could see that the water read draining very slowly. He tried to flush our longer but stopped because of fear that the tool might break and be stuck in the line. He called a contract in DPW, and disclosed what he found. Here followed up with us twice. The City came out and did something, and since we have had no problems. A great customer-oriented approach, this is a great company to work with.

I booked Vango through a recommendation from my HOA. Paul was great! I was able to make a same day appointment, he came exactly on time, he was nice and respectful of my home. Paul got the issue fixed and explained everything to me. Thankfully, we didn't have to open up the wall to see that the drain was not properly sealed. Thank you for the quick and professional service. I will use Vango Again in the future.
