SplashFix has come in clutch for me! They are very knowledge about many different problems I have had and they have great at fixing the issue. Isaac has help me out a few times and the guy is super nice and really out here trying to just help people no BS! Their prices are very fair and reasonable. They are also a family business and we love supporting a local family business.

Isaac was very respectful and friendly when I first met him and he walked me through the estimation process after he figured it was the shower drain problem. When I saw the estimate I was taken aback when I saw it was about $550. Being a senior I asked for some discounts. Even then it was still $450 . Didn’t realize there was a fee of $245 for the visit added to bill that boosted the estimate, though I was told the estimate was free. It would have been better if I was told I needed to pay for visit to get estimate. Anyway that estimate was scrapped as Isaac discovered the problem is in the main sewer line and he had to remove toilet to unclog and reinstall. Obviously that jacked up the estimate and even with the 20% discount the new number was about $913. I was stuck and realized I had to do it and get rid of the problem as I didn’t want to spend any more time on it. All in all it was a rude awakening that everything is going up through the roof. However, Isaac helped lessen the pain by completing the job professionally , efficiently and expeditiously. Thanks Isaac!
