Contracted by the home's seller. Damage to the property coincided with free-flowing water for about a week. Two repairs were needed to reinsert the sewer line that collapsed and re-set the surrounding brick surface. The first water bill was almost $450. Subsequent water bills show that regular usage is under $20/month. Not only have they refused to reimburse the water charges, they had the gall to suggest that the water utility company reimburse me for a "leak". The water company rejected that appeal (it's not right to ask the taxpayers to cover this company's failings anyway). Legal channels are now being pursued. Fortunately there have been no related plumbing issues since then, so it's true that eventually the problem was fixed. But why spoil a potential relationship with a new homeowner and all the neighbors, contractors, and real estate people she knows? Just wondering.

I think the worker that came out was a crook. He went down to the basement of the apartment building and cut the copper off of the water heater. It was turned off and then he left. We did file a complaint with the company. No compensation has been given to us to make it better. We did have to call another company out to fix the problem that they caused. They did fix the drain in the kitchen though.

I was pleased with the service tech. He was a very nice person. They quoted me a price on the phone and that is what I paid. He actually did not have to do all of the work that I was quoted on. It was not necessary for the work to be done in order to fix the problem, so I did end up over paying. I am still working with them on getting my refund. It has been three weeks now and I am a little unhappy with that.

THIS COMPANY IS OUTSTANDING. THE CREW CAME, WORKED HARD, AND GOT THE JOB FINISHED IN NO TIME. EVERYTHING WAS DONE JUST THE I WANTED IT. THE PRICE WAS GREAT AS WELL.

THIS IS A KNOWLEDGEABLE COMPANY THAT DISPLAYS A HIGH DEGREE OF PROFESSIONALISM. THEY WERE POLITE, COURTEOUS AND COMMUNICATED WELL. THEY SHARED TIPS WITH US ON HOW TO AVOID SUCH A DISASTER IN THE FUTURE.

The experience was good and they did a great job. My pipe problems are not a problem anymore. The people who did the job were hard working people and I would use them again if I ever needed too.
