Paul came in and discussed our needs, asked questions, took our input, and gave us a quote that seemed reasonable when compared to the other quote we received. Both were only a few hundred dollars different from each other, but Paul's attitude, apparent knowledge of his craft, and his willingness to provide what we wanted informed by his advice. We ended up having the entire gas system re-piped . . . and in kind of a rush to meet an installation deadline that we were under from the city. Admittedly, I am a very involved homeowner. When tradesmen are working on the most expensive thing most of us will ever purchase, I tend to watch . . . partly to gain new knowledge ad understanding, and partly to gain confidence about the job being done. Paul's crew did not give any indication of annoyance or bother at my presence. They were very pleasant in answering my questions, and even took my input when there was more than one option for pipe routing. All-in-all, an A+ experience for us. When the work was complete, the range was a new beast. It was finally able to do all of the things we had hoped for when we bought it. And the fireplace, it was everything we had imagined that it would be. Thank you very much Paul. We will be doing business again.

Plumbers were superb! On time, professional, knowledgeable, neat and tidy, respectful and went beyond the contract details to be sure the job was completely done. Concrete subcontractor did a better job than the original work. Very responsive to all questions and provided photographs to document the job.

Paul was undaunted by the task. During his visit for the estimate, he cited several things that he could see that were wrong with previous system modifications and recommended they be changed. He also recommended upgrading the service line to the house to support the total BTU load of all of the appliances that use gas. He visited on a Friday and we had an estimate the following Monday, and the work was complete 10 days later. Paul's crew was very professional, but not stiff, and they were more than willing to accommodate our requests to follow certain pathways to allow for future enclosures in the garage to be more straightforward. They installed both of the future looking stubs that will ensure a simple relocation in the future, and they also provided a fit and finish with their work that did not require us to worry or "supervise". They showed up on time at 7:30, completed their work with humor and good grace, cleaned up completely before they left and were done by 5. I would absolutely hire them again.

Considering the unforseen 'surprises', everything went well. The principal of this line was kept up to speed on how the work was progressing, passed on the info, and knowing what's going on/cost means a lot to me. BTW, the $2,800 was my portion of a joint/shared bill -- the total for all of us was obviously more, so don't get too excited...:-)

I supplied a cutoff and a faucet fitting and Anthony supplied the fittings. Within 45 minutes Anthony completed the project and had my line restored. He was very professional and left no mess. I am very pleased with the results that I had with Expert Rooter and Plumbing, Inc.
