Our garbage disposal was making a weird humming noise. It stopped working and our sink was also backed up. We had ASAP Plumbing come out and they are true to their name! They came immediately and provided some options for our sink. The technician was great at clearly explaining the benefits of each option. Overall, great experience and I have found my new reliable plumbing company!!!

Had friends over on a Friday night. Of course my kitchen sink started to clog. Had ASAP Plumbing Pros who was able to send out Tong right away after my request. I called around 6:20PM and he showed up at 7:30PM!!! He was very knowledgeable and worked efficiently. If you have a plumbing emergency, definitely recommend this company. Warranty was also given for the work!

We rent and our house is old. One of our toilets was leaking from the base and filling the floor with water. I called and someone came out that night (Don). We also asked him to check our upstairs toilet and upstairs clogged bathroom sink. He did. This turned out to be a bigger job. He came out the next morning and fixed the two toilets then found that the clogged sink will need a new pipe and snaked it 20/30ft. The pipes are old and rusted so he really did come through (his dad also came to help so Don can go to another job. I love a family business). I just have to say how happy I am I called. I had a good gut feeling when I found them on Yelp and they really are trustworthy. They spent half the day making sure they got it all fixed. Worth calling them.

Donald is always efficient, fast and honest. I can rely on him for availability and a job well done. He is respectful of the property and communicates what the issues are, how to resolve them and options. He is courteous and easy to work with.

Donald was fantastic. He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and completed the work -- including replacing the disposal, snaking the drain, and replacing the pipes -- in less than two hours. And all with a very nosy feline assistant underfoot!
