Great experience from start to finish. Highly recommended.

Saverio who runs the business was professional. I like that his heart is in what he does. He came out and gave an estimate for work to be done. We accepted the estimate and he had his guys come and do the work. His team was polite and did a nice job.

Fantastic. He fully investigated the entire system. He asked if we regularly cleaned our filters, which we do religiously every couple of months. But he didn't take our word for it; he checked the filters. Lo and behold, we were only aware of 2 filters. We didn't even know that there were 2 other filters lurking higher in the unit that hadn't been cleaned in 14 years. They were disgusting! Such a simple problem cost us thousands of extra dollars in energy bills, and Jaime solved it because he knew it was an air filtering problem and wouldn't stop looking until he had found the culprit. He was very professional.

Wow, despite the unexpected large problem, this Mr. Annuzzi was a fantastic vendor to work with. Existing heater had failed and was installed incorrectly back in 2004. When looking over the installation job, Salvario showed how the existing duct work was installed incorrectly and couldn't possibly heat the house properly. I was rather skeptical at first, but after seeing how the ducts were crushed, and already realizing that the existing system had been installed incorrectly, I decided to have him replace the entire system. His quote was within reason, and he seemed to be the most professional of all the vendors I spoke with. I'm so glad I went with them. They did a great job routing new ducts to create optimal heating of the house (well, cross fingers, it's not winter yet, but I have a layman's understanding of fluid dynamics and what they did matches what I'd have done). The workmanship was some of the best I have ever seen. Salvario really cares about making sure there will be no complaints in the future. Good work explaining the system, and good follow-up care when the heater was behaving incorrectly.

Saverio was very patient explaining the options for furnace replacement, and helping me to understand what system would suit my needs. He made the necessary arrangements with the other tradespeople, scheduled the work conveniently, and completed it on time. His workers cleaned up the area, and left everything in excellent condition.

Saverio returned my email promptly and was flexible enough to come up with a time that would fit with my work schedule. He showed up promptly, determined the nature of the problem, did the necessary work quickly and neatly and was professional and friendly. He took into consideration the aesthetic effect of the placement of the new thermostat and cleaned up the work area thoroughly. I would not hesitate to recommend him and definitely would use him again.

Annuzzi seems busy and was not very responsive. It took awhile to get a return call, then about a week to schedule an estimate, then 2-3 weeks to even get a quote. His load calculations were much higher (and price too) than another company and he tried to talk us out of a high efficiency furnace. In these days of energy concerns, it bothers me to have a heating company trying to sell me 80% off furnace (and for more money even than another company did install a smaller, 95% system which works very, very well.) Estimated cost was $8,000.

Smooth, efficient, and economical. They showed up as promised, completed work that day, did an excellent job with little fuss (even when an unexpected difficulty occurred), and cleaned up everything afterward. His cost was reasonable too.

I partially went with annuzzi heating based on other angieslist reviews. I was 100% happy with the entire experience. The quality of the work was excellent and they were able to install the new duct work with minimal wall openings. Saverio and his crew were a pleasure to work with and ensured that every detail was covered. I was also very happy with the asbestos and plumbing contractors that were recommended.

Owner is a very honest person, tries very hard to satisfy the customer and his prices are fantastic.

Jaime showed up on time and got right to work; he had my new thermostat installed and furnace cleaned/tuned up in under 90 minutes. The total bill was around $200 which I thought was incredibly reasonable. I would definitely use them again!

This was a big job and we were careful to search for the right contractor. Overall we had four heating professionals visit our home. Saverio (Annuzzi's owner) was by far the standout. He spent well over an hour with us explaining what he would do and why. He patiently covered all our options, and he was responsive to follow-up questions throughout the course of our decision-making process. Saverio is meticulous and a stickler for the rules, so you know he's not cutting any corners. His prices are not rock bottom, but they're fair, and you can be confident that the end result will be a good one.

He kindly made time for me in his schedule and when it turned out to be a minor matter, decided not to charge me for the work. Additionally, he advised the heater was made in 1996 and told me where I could get a new filter. I am delighted. I would certainly recommend him and use this company again.

They came the day after I called to check out the problem then scheduled the work for the next day. Everyone was very nice and professional. My only concern was that it didn't seem like details of the job had been passed on to the workers who actually came to do the job, so it was like starting from scratch. The approach they took to solving the problem was different than what I'd been told the first day. Not necessarily worse, just not what I was expecting. That said, the work seems to be fine.

I called on Monday afternoon and Jaime came out the next morning. He was super friendly and informative. He walked me through everything from inspection to usage of the new thermostat. He even explained some future issues we may have with such an old unit. Overall, an A+ effort. We would definitely use or recommend again.

Excellent. Promptly returned calls. Arrived as scheduled; performed all work efficiently and took the time to show me how to use the new thermostat. Offered to return if any problems reoccurred. Will definitely use again if needed.

I had the earlier comment regarding a dryer vent and a highway closing. He had actually called just after the posting. I decided to postpone the work until after the highway was opened. I called Mr. Annuzzi on Monday, he reviewed the site and gave an estimate on Wednesday and the work was begun and completed on Friday. He came out with his crew, did a walk through and recommended the new location for the vent. The crew worked steadily from 9:00 a.m. to 3 p.m. with a short lunch break. He arrived at the end of the job, did another walk through, made some minor adjustments and improvements and they were done. Mr. Annuzzi and his crew were professional, efficient and friendly. I felt completely confident and at ease with their work. I almost wish I had more for them to do but I will certainly be calling again when I do.

They returned my call, saying they would contact me to make arrangements to come out to see the job but I didn't hear back from them. We've decided to postpone the job due to a highway closure causing 4-5 month limited access to our location, so we did not contact them again.

THEY DID A SMALL JOB AND REALLY WEREN'T HERE FOR VERY LONG BUT THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND QUICK. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH A COMPANY THEY RECOMMENDED AND SOME TIPS THEY GAVE ME ABOUT SAVING ENERGY, IT WAS STUFF I WOULD NOT HAVE THOUGHT OF.

THEY WERE ON TIME AND DID A VERY GOOD JOB IN KEEPING THE JOB SITE TIDY, BUT MY HOME AS WELL. THEY TOOK THE TIME TO MAKE SURE WE UNDERSTOOD THE SYSTEM THEY INSTALLED AND HOW IT WORKED.
