+ -1 moreI paid the owner and repeatedly asked to have them return the pictures to me and the owner continued to deny ever taking the pictures and denying that the worker was taking things on his own and was supervised by the owner. I called him later that day and offered for him to bring me back my stuff and that I would pay him and he really could not care less and would not comply with my request. The owner could care less about what happened. This company "double dips" meaning I pay them to take my things and then they sell the items that have some value.
Description of Work: The owner came with another guy since they had to move a mattress and other heavy things. I have 2 doors that go into my apartment and one of them was my front door. After I gave them things to take and I authorized the items, I went down with the owner to go through the stuff at the carport and when I got back to my apartment, the other guy that came with the owner was throwing out things that I had not requested to be removed. I did not even know that he was in my apartment! I said he took my bags and I had pictures in them that cannot be replaced and the owner said that he did not take anything he was not supposed to take. I continued to say I had pictures that were taken and I was very upset.

+ -1 moreMarcos and another crew member showed up right on time at 9:00 A.M. on a Saturday. The soil in the planter box was extremely compacted but Marcos made great time (approx 2 hours) using just hand tools. He cleaned up with a broom and rake and left the area cleaner/neater than he found it. He even hauled away assorted yard and household junk that we had planned on taking to the dump ourselves. We have used Aladdin previously when we hired them to haul away 6" of red volcanic decorative rock from our side yard--approx 50' x 5' x 6" deep. Marcos charged us $500.00. That job was completed with the same professionalism as was this latest job. (see picture) It took a crew of Marcos and two others about 4 hours. Marcos has two very large dump trucks and has a Bobcat for larger projects. He told me he has been doing this for 10 years.
Description of Work: We hired Marcos to digout and haul away hard-as-concrete soil from a planter box approx. 32' x 4' x 10".
