After so many years of using licensed contractors for different job, I decided this time to go with one who is not licensed. He showed an excellent aptitude as well as excellent attitude. His price the same as others but being pleasant and fully cooperative with good workmanship ,timeliness and clam manner, make me think that "license " should not be a factor hier a contractor anymore.
