+ -1 moreToPort charged my credit card on 9/8/09 for the bamboo zen garden rake I ordered . On 10/9/09, I emailed them asking for immediate delivery of the rake or a full refund. I received no response. On 10/19/09, I emailed them again saying that I planned to dispute the charge. Still no response. A few days later, I did dispute the charge. No word from them, but I did receive the rake today. After the fact, I see that they list no address or phone number on their website, only the email address. I should never have ordered from them.
Description of Work: No service; zen garden rake ordered online.
