+ -1 moreRandy (owner) spent quite a bit of time at my house explaining all the options, and we settled on what was the least expensive repair. His estimate of time for labor turned out to be with in 5 minutes of the actual time needed. Polite crew, excellent clean-up. A true gem!
Description of Work: Replaced large 3-panel living room window glass with tempered glass as required by code.

+ -1 moreA neighbor's house fire damaged 2 windows on my house. Ponderosa Glass went above and beyond to assist as soon as I called. They dropped everything to address our damage, even making the broken windows less dangerous and boarding up one window until parts arrived. They were responsive, very helpful, and professional. They did everything they could to make sure the windows were repaired quickly, and were especially conscious of the winter weather conditions. It's obvious that they care about their community and love what they do. Many thanks to them!!
