Description of Work: Replaced many windows that had the vacuum seal compromised.

Description of Work: I really wish I would have read the reviews for this company beforehand. They lived up to the ratings!!!!! Had called to get an estimate to replace 3 windows. I spoke with a woman who tried to help. She was going to try and get someone out the day that I called to do the measurements but called me in the afternoon to say they could not get anyone there that day but could have someone out the next morning at 9:00 am. I changed my plans to leave to wait for them to show up. None ever showed so I got o the road. At 1:00 pm I received a call from a guy saying they were on there way over. I told him that the were supposed to be there at 9:00 am. He said that was not on his work sheet. told him I was no longer home. I called back into the main office to talk with the lady who set the appointment. I guy named Garret (my understanding now is that he is the owner) the phone. I asked him why they would make an appointment and not show up and that I thought it was s*****!!!!! In an arrogant, confrontational manner he then proceeded to tell me that they don't make appointments at 9:00 am (what company does not do that LOL). I told him I spoke with a woman and that she called me back the previous day and she made the appointment. I could hear him ask a woman behind him and her say that she did. He then comes back to me on the phone and is still confrontational and rude ...... He could of cared less! I just hung up at this point and I would never do business with someone who treats there customers this way even when he knew they were in the wrong. Please read the other review and you can see that this is a pattern here. I would not do business with this company. After the fact I did read the review on yelp an in in one of them, a person mentions Lakeside Glass (775-588-4141). I decided to give them a call and this is how you run a business. I know this is not the norm for time but it was perfect timing when I called. They had someone doing a measurement down the street from me and they were at my house within 30 minutes of me calling. The windows were ordered and the job will be done in two weeks. You make the choice of who you want to business with and I would highly recommend Lakeside glass!!!!!
