We had a problem with the initial installation of carpet on the stairs; but after discussions with them about what we considered to be the cause of the problem, they agreed to a new, modified, installation at no additional cost to us. We are no satified with the job and enjoy our new, high quality carpet.

The carpet installer showed up on time and did a very careful quality job. If I didn't know better, I would never know that carpet was glued together. There were some minor billing issues (they sent the bill to the wrong address), and the minimum trip charge may be a bit steep for some things, but overall they do a good job. Anyway, I'm very happy with the quality of the work and the punctuality and professionalism of the installer.

Alpine One was very responsive and worked with me on price to match the big box store. They did a great job on both the carpet install and slate tile install. The tile installers were very efficient and finished installing the tiles within 3-4 hours. Carpet installers were on time and did a great job as well - offering advice on upkeep and things to look out for with the style of carpet we chose. Great experience for a part-time resident of South Shore. The only glitch was that we were invoiced for install of Schluter-Ditra underlayment when in fact we did not go with that product and installed straight to concrete slab. Chalk it up to miss communication from installers and the office.

I was very pleased with their service and I would use their services again in the future.

Mike responded promptly to my request for an estimate (within 48 hrs.). He discussed the job and gave some helpful advice. His bid was the most reasonable of the 3 I got. The carpet crew began the job on the day promised and finished the same day. The clean up was thorough.
