Perfect............... I have a place at Tahoe that did not have its carpets cleaned in many years. These people quoted me a time when they could do it and hit that time right on. They gave me a price on the job and stuck to it. And they did an excellent job at cleaning my carpets. I have a lot of rentals in another part of the state that I hire carpet cleaners for. Kinney and his team are by far the best I have used... I would not have any hesitation in having them do my carpets.

The house was a vacation rental, and had not been treated well by the renters. My husband and I decided to not rent the house anymore, and I wanted to thoroughly clean the house. We washed, wiped, and disinfected what we could, but I knew that I couldn't clean the carpets and upholstery as well as a professional cleaner. I called a few companies for quotes and also checked the reviews of the companies. Kinney's Carpet Care had good reviews and a fair price. Kevin worked with me in setting up a date and time for the cleaning. Paul and Richard came on time, and finished in two hours, which was much sooner than I expected. Everything looks great; everything feels and smells clean, and I feel a lot better about the cleanliness of the house. They did a great job, and I will use them again in the future.

Went great was able to resquedule for an earlier time. Wife was happy and I was happy when I seen they did a better job then I ever did with a rental.

Kinney was able to give me a time and date that corresponded well with my schedule. His technician arrived on time, was well prepaired with excellent equipment. He assessed the job quickly, provided a fair price, and did an excellent job. He was able to explain why one of the rooms appeared dirtier than others and I would say that he saved that carpet from being replaced.

The tech was great, the company responded quickly, the problem was the carpet stayed clean for maybe a month. I do not have a dog and we take our shoes off when we come inside. It is now two months later and the carpet looks and feels dirty.

Called and Kevin, the owner, called back about an hour later. He was very accommodating to fit the time I needed the service. On that day, I called about 15 minutes before the scheduled time and was affirmed that the service would come. Within 10 minutes of the scheduled time, a person came with professional equipment in a truck. He was very friendly and reassured that he would ensure that I was 100% satisfied. I asked him to clean the carpet underneath the staircase which was for storage as well. He offered to do that free. The price he charged me was at the lowest end of the range of the quote I got from KevinThe job was finished within an hour. I was led to inspect and he volunteered several spots that still showed minor marks. Overall I was extremely happy with the service for the price I was charged. I gave the guy a big tip since I was pleasantly surprised with the good service as well as for the fact that it was the guy's 25th birthday.

The funny thing was on the way to Tahoe to meet Kinney (and do other stuff), I had some car trouble. I called Kinney very late the night before our appointment and asked him to do the carpets using a code to get in. No complaints, no hassles. Kinney went out of his way to get my carpets professionally steamed. I feel like I could eat off them now. :)

After trying other carpet cleaning companys in this area, we stuck with Kinney after using them the first time. We have used Kinney for over 15 years and have never been disappointed. They are always on time, very professional and do an excellent job. They are not the cheapest service, but the job they do is well worth the price. The carpet stays clean longer than any other process we have tried. They have even been able to get out some very old challenging stains, we have not been able to remove ourselves. Thier crew is very hardworking and remarkably quick. The entire job, including the stairs, took less than two hours! I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

The experiance with Kinney's was great. I called on Monday to have someone come and clean on Thurs. so the carpet would be clean for the weekend. I had 10 people coming for the weekend. Our cabin was sitting empty for about 6 months before we purchased, so the whole house was dusty and dingy. We did most of the clening ourselves, but the carpet really needed cleaning. They arrived on time, were very professional and the carpet looked great and smelled fresh even after in dried. I will definately be using them again in the future.
