 + 0 moreJeff Nicoletta handled everything, including the engineering and proper permits. He made the entire experience easy and painless for us. He stayed close to budget (only the materials affected the final cost) and completed the job on time. His finish-work was detailed, and we highly recommend him.
Description of Work: Jeff Nicoletta Construction designed and built our second-floor deck remodel. We wanted to more than double the existing space, and we wanted to add stairs down to the yard below.
