 + -1 moreBeware! We are the original owners of House of Carpets. Leslie and Darryl Castruita bought our business many years ago. We leased them one of the best locations on Hwy 50. They never complied with the terms of their lease and just about ran the business into the ground. We had to evict them; they were far behind in their rent. They signed an agreement in 2009, the terms set forth to pay us what was owed in 12 months. We are now in 2019, yes, 10 years later, and we still have not been paid what was owed. We extended them courtesy after courtesy, but there was always an excuse. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM. Their promises are empty. Everything stated is documented in writing. I will remove the above if and when paid in full. Pete Metzelaar
