Description of Work: The initial project was to connect up two faucets in a bath vanity that was incompletely installed by someone else.

Description of Work: Francisco cleaned and serviced the furnace, as it hadn't been done in three years. He cleaned, serviced, and inspected our forced air heater. He pulled out and cleaned the blower, burner and filters. He checked the heater exchange and got it in good working order. It was performed in a timely, yet thorough manner.

Description of Work: Darth, the technician from Clark arrived in the designated time, was in uniform, and introduced himself.I showed him to the furnace. He put down material to protect the floor and set about assessing the problem. He determined that the furnace needed a new therm coupler and a vigorous cleaning of the pilot light. He also checked temps for the burners and reset all necessary components to assure proper heating and burning was taking place.After necessary repairs he recommended a thorough cleaning of the system. Since the company doesn't do duct cleaning, I knew he was on the up and up. Clark was contracted through AHS, a home insurance company. Clark's folks were courteous both on the phone and in person. I will definitely call upon them for future needs

Description of Work: Our old gas furnace was replaced. I called for 3 estimates. One guy came out and offered a lot of BS, but no numbers. With Clark, the general manager came out, did the estimate, and explained the service history of several models I was considering.

Description of Work: Clark replaced our furnace at our vacation cabin in the Lake Tahoe Basin. Originally, I called them to check on the furnace fan which appeared to be stuck "on." Someone had depressed a switch which caused the fan to be on all the time. Unfortunately, while attending to my simple problem, the repairman noted that the furnace was probably causing a hazard. He investigated and verified that the 40 year old unit was in fact, a hazard. I was frustrated because it had been working fine. Nevertheless, Clark investigated this tricky job (made trickier by changes to installation regulations enacted after the original install for propane furnaces above 5000 feet) and gave us a thoroughly researched estimate based on a fabricated solution most cost-effective for our situation. They installed a 95% efficiency furnace in a new location, rerouted everything and installed new registers so we could take advantage of the new furnace. They installed it in a spot that another contractor said "couldn't be done," and who estimated a much higher cost.
