Description of Work: A tree fell on our metal roof and damaged the one side of the roof. They removed the old roof including the underlayment and installed a new roof with ice shield and fire protection according to code.

Description of Work: AAA Roofing put a new roof on our cabin at Lake Tahoe. It would have been a two day job but daily afternoon thunderstorms only allowed the roofers to work in the mornings before the rain. The old roof was removed and the waterproof membrane was quickly installed the first day before the rain. Though it took an additional two days to finish the job, we are completely satisfied with the work. Chris runs the business very professionally and made sure everything turned out perfectly. His workers were clean, polite and thoughtful; we couldn't have asked for more.

 + -1 moreThe job was scheduled, but weather required a re-schedule for later the same week. Doug was very prompt to contact me, and always returned my calls the same day. The only other problem (resulting from previous roofing job) was expertly handled by Doug's crew. The previous roofing job (probably 20 years ago) had not installed a drip edge, but Doug requires this item (and we wanted it installed) which required a bit more work and a small extra material charge (not unexpected). The job was completed in one day (it was an uncomplicated, small roof). The job site was cleaned and my landscaping was completely undamaged. We are completely satisfied, and have a new 30 year roof. I gave a B grade for price because AAA is not the lowest bidder, but the somewhat higher cost is offset by the higher that usual quality.
Description of Work: AAA Roofing provided an estimate, hand delivered to my home and explained in detail what their service would do. They provided a complete re-roof using good quality roofing material (my choice) that included new drip edge, vent flashing, and waterproof membrane. Because we had some leaking due to ice build up last winter, we requested and AAA agreed to install waterproof membrane in excess of their standard practice. Their contract was easy to understand and comprehensive; they obtained the building permit.

 + -1 moreJob was finished on time. They wanted to take me around the edge and on the roof to check out the new roof. Gave me some things to think about for maintanence. This is my 3rd roof with AAA. They're true to their word and local residents. They've been in town, and the roofing business for many years.
Description of Work: Tear off old tar/gravel roof and haul away. Then to put a new roof on the house, 3400 sq.ft., they didn't do Tar/gravel, but they had a couple of options to choose from. My roof lacked the necessary slope for a conventional comp. roof. We roofed with a "Rubberized-Type of Material", more common on commercial buildings.
