We were having problems with ants and decided to call a professional since we had tried several insecticides. Nothing seemed to work so we contacted Stanley Pest Control and scheduled an appointment. Manny arrived on time and asked what the issue was and we told him about the ants. He started right away spraying around the house, around the walls that surround the property and around the garage. He mentioned that for a few days we may see a few ants but to call him back if they continued after a week. He left his card and told us to give the company a call if there was a problem The ants continued to appear after 7 days, so we gave him a call. Once we called he came back within 2 days. He sprayed again and this time also sprayed under the house. He wanted to spray inside, but since we care for our granddaughter we preferred that he just spray outside. He told us to contact the company again if there were any more issues. This seemed to take care of the problem.

We like them because the moles seem to be gone. Whatever they are doing or whatever the poison they are using seems to be working. They come by, do their job, and leave a little note that they had been here. There is no real interaction with the individual unless I see him out there and point to him some mole hills. He has already cleaned them. That is the extent of our interaction. I think their price is a little bit high, but they do a good job.

Unclear if we were still having issues with current rats or just old left-overs, we got a quote from Stanley to help us out. The worker was on-time to our estimate and very thorough in his assessment of the problem areas. We paid approximately $900 to have Stanely come out and rat proof the entire house and another $1,500 (approx) to tear out and replace the insulation. I was amazed at all the potential entry points they found and sealed. The workers were timely and professional and the quote was what I paid exactly. They then proceeded to trap for the next four weeks to ensure no active infestation. When no dead bodies turned up, they said it was time to tear out the insulation in the attic and sanitize. This was the only down side of my time with Stanley. It was not made clear to me at the time of the quote that they hire a "third party contractor" to do this part of the work. It bothered me that I didn't know anything about this company or who they were. Additionally, setting up an appointment for the second part of this work was nearly impossible. It took a few weeks to get someone out and that was after a week of calling and leaving messages to get an appointment. I want to give them an A so badly because I was 100% satisfied with the end result and very impressed with the work they did. However, for me, an A is perfect service and this was just under. Even still, I would still recommend this company and would likely even use them again...knowing it may take time to get the work done.

Went well! No sign of the black widows or ants that typically come out during spring. Will have to wait and see how long this treatment lasts! Very satisfied for the price.

They came out and did a free consultation on Friday. On Monday they came out and set the traps. They are going to do a weekly follow up for 1 month. Adolfo Lopez came out, he was very knowledgeable, very professional. He explained everything very well. He was thorough and patience as well.

Two people came to do the requested work. Both were punctual, efficient, and professional. The ant problem was taken care of by that afternoon. Those pesky critters have not returned. We received a preliminary termite report that day. A follow-up detailed report came in the mail with an estimate of repair costs if we want to have more work done. We would use this company again.

That what I thought from reading the brief description of what the coupon offers. After setting up an appointment I realized they will come spray for spiders, ants or other insets. They offer thermite inspection but not treatment. I do not need my house spray for any insects. I misunderstood the offer, therefore I would like to have my refund ($89.00) Emma

Overall had a very good experience with Stanley. They did everything they said they were going to do and their personnel were very professional, punctual and thorough. They did a great job of sealing every possible entry to crawl spaces and attic areas of the house where rodents get in. They also vacuumed and sanitized all the attic areas, removed miscellaneous debris in crawl spaces to avoid future termites and treated one small area of the house for termites. They came back several times to check traps they had set for any rodents that might still be in the house. Did have to negotiate on the price. One of their sales people gave me some initial inflated prices. Spoke with one of their team leads and we quickly came to a more reasonable price of $1200 for all the work.

They come back and do follow up visits. They were able to do the job on my time.

First of all I was very embarrassed because I am a very clean person and I could not believe that I had seen a roach in my house. I called right away and requested a weekend appointment since I work during the week. They gave me a time frame between 9-12. I went ahead and cleaned out all the cabinets so when the tech got there he could go to work. I received a call letting me know they were 30 minutes away. The tech came in and was very professional, went straight to work to see if he could find anything. When he found an egg capsule he showed it to me and told me the difference between German and American roaches. He gave me the price and told me they had a 30 day guarantee. Once I paid, he got to work, sprayed all the cabinets, the floors in the holuse, the stairway, the garage the bedrooms and bathrooms. He also told me to buy some Drano since they usually come from pipes the Drano will help keep them down since it acts like a slippery agent for them. Once he finished in the house he sprayed the outside and he was gone. He totally made me feel comfortable and not judged.

Did a good job offering options on treatment. Flexible scheduling dates. Listened to my needs. Service day went without a hitch. The wood repair, in particular, was superior; we have a back door that we use all the time which had rotted at the bottom of two posts/beams/whatevers, and they are fixed better than new. Looking for termite treatment and need wood repair -- these are your guys.

I’m not sure about the company’s ability for other pest control services, but this is NOT the company you call for dead animal removal. My contractor called and informed me that there are dead animal under the crawl space. So I called few companies, they all have an initial assessment fee to come out. Stanley pest control has the lowest initial assessment fee, offer the 20% discount, and can come the very next morning, so I picked them. At the day of service, they show up on time which was good. We actually open the floor where the dead animal was so there was no need for them to crawl around, it’s literally within reach without even get down there. The guy looked and said there were two of them and charged me $350 even though we already open the space for him. And there was no cleaning nor sanitizing like other professional animal removal company will do. I had to negotiate for a long time, then he finally called the company to give me some discount (not the original 20% off like what I saw on site and was told on the phone). And I need to run to a hardware store to buy some solution for him to just spread on the ground. Overall, very bad experience that they didn’t honor the discount as promised, didn’t provide quality job for animal removal, and over charge even though we went through the trouble to open the floor for him. I will not use this company again.

I have had a very good experience with pest control services. I have been using them for five years. I like their price and i just like their service. The same technician comes every time. They come every other month. If I have any issues between that time they will come out for free.

They did a great job! Always explained what he was doing and said if I had any problems to let him know and he would come back. But there were never any problems. He was very professional and friendly.

Pending follow-up. Only thing was that he did not do a final walk thru of the job.
