I love these guys. From the moment I called them, I felt like I was treated like a valued customer and every one of their staff seemed friendly. The woman who answered the phone was very nice when I called to describe my problem, and she said that they will try to send someone as soon as possible that day. Soon after, she called me back and told me the name of the person that was coming and when. Pepe arrived on time and with a great positive attitude. I showed him the couple of things that were the problem, and although he couldn't tell me what the bugs in my bathroom were, he said that he would spray the bathroom and see if that helps. He also walked to the outside wall of where the bathroom was, and sprayed there--because we thought there was a chance they were getting in through cracks in the wall/window. He also sprayed the backyard for the bees. Pepe told me that they had a 30 day guarantee--if I needed more treatment for these things, they will come out for free and fix it till it's all gone. After a couple days, I noticed that these strange bugs in the bathroom were still running around. So I called them again, and they were very responsive and sent Pepe out again. He sprayed again and also covered more area. He also took a specimen back to the office to see if he can look up what that bug is. (I never did find out if he did look it up.) The bugs were still there for a little bit, so I called again, and the woman said that I should try to give the chemicals a couple weeks to work, and if that still doesn't do it, then I can have them come out again. I agreed. And after waiting a couple weeks--it totally worked! Everything is great. And I noticed that they didn't cash my check until a few weeks after the whole event so I knew they weren't one of those companies who just grabs the money and runs. I am a happy customer. :)

We were installing an air conditioning system and were told there were some rat droppings in the attic. I call Stanley and they reponded immediately. They closed the holes in the house and set the traps and returned on 3 different days to check the traps. No rats were in the traps. I was told that rats go outside during the day and return at night and that is why no rodents were caught in the traps.

They got rid of the gophers and haven't had any problems since.

For the most part they are pretty good. There has been a high turnover of technicians lately, but it seems that has stabilized. I had to call out the technician a couple of times for not spraying the east side of my house because he didn’t know that I had video cameras out there. He has stepped up and he is doing his job now. I think the price is comparable.

After a few botched attempts in trying to secure some reasonably priced bids with reasonable solutions, we contacted Stanley Pest Control. We told them we had begun work with another service and weren't happy with their performance to date. Would they please come out and tell us their opinion on how we could proceed? Both the office people and the exterminator who visited our home were personable and professional. While tempting to leave the inspector up to his own devices to see if his report would be in line with the others, we walked the perimeter with him, explaining what extraordinary solutions had been presented to us with other companies. As exclusion work had been addressed only two years previously as part of our escrow agreement, he suggested pursuing a measured response to resolve remaining issues previously overlooked. If we needed to pursue a more costly solution, we could address that at a later time. It's important to note, while this information had been provided to all other vendors, Stanley Pest Control was the only one who offered this suggestion as a viable option. Their candor with this offer is why we asked them how soon they could return to perform the work. They returned only a few days later, reset traps, returned weekly to inspect (at no additional charge) and we no longer have guests in our attic. Should we need to pursue the larger solution, we will certainly be contacting Stanley Pest Control again in the future.

I still haven’t done the work. I still have to do a lot of other things first. They gave me an in depth estimate and I thought that it was a little bit extreme. It was very detailed. It was extremely thorough. They are an extremely professional company. I wanted the treatment done but I really wanted my own people to do the repair. They really wanted to do both. The quote was not separated out. I never got back to them to say that I want the repair to be separate. I know that some things didn’t have to be repaired like they were saying that it had to be. I was just pretty upset about that. This would help them to make a lot of business. I spoke to my contractor about it. They quoted me a lot. It was a several thousand dollars. The treatment was not separated. It was altogether as a whole big long quote. I just didn’t do it. They were very responsive. He came right out and looked the property over. The magnitude of what he wanted to do and the magnitude of what I wanted to do in stages were different. I probably just didn’t make myself clear. He was punctual. My mother was very ill and dying at that time. I therefore couldn’t pursue it any more. I feel they were very professional. I’m just doing some remodeling and I want my own people to do the repair. I would consider using their services again in the future.

The person who came out was very nice, efficient and showed up on-time. He gave me the explanations very well.

I like them and they always do a good work. They are friendly. I am satisfied with them.

Very smoothly; on-site estimate was performed the day after I called the company; service was performed the next day. Currently squirrel population seems to be decreasing, but still persent. Manager stated that approximately 2 to 3 months of bait-service would be needed to provide full control, given the size of the population.

I called on a Friday morning describing the holes in the backyard. The following Monday morning, Stanley arrived 1/2 hour early which I was very happy about (it was supposed to be between 9:00-12:00). The two servicemen that arrived were very courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. They explained any questions I had regarding how they remedy the problem, what impact (if any) the poison they use could effect neighborhood pets (not a problem), etc. They suggested I go with the month-to-month service but I decided to see if the one time application would work and if so, good enough. There is a 30 day guarantee. It's been about two weeks and so far no new holes. I would hire them again.
