I took ONE dinning room chair that needed the back totally replace, this was on April 10, 2013. I was told by Johnny that the job would be completed in THREE WEEKS, now here it is two months later and I'm still waiting for my chair. I came to find out the Johnny farmed the job out to a friend of his. I received last Friday from Johnny and was assured that his friend would work on my char over the weekend, well I'm still waiting. Johnny told me he couldn't get around to my chair because he had a and quot;bigand quot; job he was working on. I will never use him again. Like I told Johnny, I am tired of have a patio chair in my dinning room. I cannot comment on the quality of the work since I have yet to see my chair

I called Johnnie and he asked me to e-mail him pictures. The table was a Chinese rosewood table that expanded and the part that had broken were the partThanksgiving opened the table that the leaves would rest on. The chair that needed repair was part of the dining set and one of the legs had broken where it attached to the seat. The price he gave me included coming to my home and picking up the table and chairs and bring them back once he was finished. The other estimate I got did not include pickup and delivery - in fact that company wouldn't even do it for a price. Johnnie and his assistant arrived right on time and they moved the table and chair to their truck. The chair that he refinished for me was a last-minute request and he agreed to take it with him that day. He gave me a time estimate of two weeks and called me a few days before to arrange delivery. He and his assistant again arrived right on time and not only brought the table and chair into the dining room, but he opened it up to show me it was properly repaired and then put all the rest of the chairs around the table, making sure the table was in the right spot. They were very careful not to bump into other furniture or walls while they were moving the dining table and the work they did makes the table look brand new! I was very pleased with the repair and refinishing. However subsequent events have made me change my mind. We attempted to extend the table to put in all 3 leaves and the table collapsed again the night before Thanksgiving 2013. I called and emailed Johnnie several times over the next few weeks and did not get a reply. I am disappointed that he will not stand behind his work and will not use his services or recommend the company any more.

I had custom built and finished kitchen cabinets that were water damaged around the sink, and had other areas in which the finish was coming off. I expected that I'd need to have a lot of the doors/face frame removed and refinished. Johnny came in and fixed everything on-site better than new. He was fast and professional, and the work was beautiful. I couldn't be more pleased with both the cost and the results.

I've had the set since 1964, which is hard solid wood. All the work was done by hand, which you dont see to often in store with good quality work. He was very reasonable, even his prices. He even came back and fixed a couple of scratched that were left. I currently have him working on my cabinets as of now.

Johnny is very professional. His price was fair and he returned the table to us when he said he would. He did a great job on the table, very glad we used him.

Johnny Cisneros, owner, was very responsive and arrived 7:30 am just as he said he would...almost unheard of with trades people these days! He looked at the table and explained to me in detail, the type of wood, the finish originally used and what he intended to do with it. He said it would be ready w/i 2 weeks and it was delivered w/i that timeframe. He noticed that the table wobbled a bit and stabalized it. His work was so good that I sent the 8 dining room chairs back with him to refinish as well. He picks up and delivers.

The project came out just the way I wanted it to. He took his time and did not miss one area. The worker was very nice and pleasant to work with. I will use his services again if I need this type of work done.

Johnny is extremely professional and runs a meticulously clean shop. His prices are quite reasonable and his work is first-rate. He is polite and personable, a pleasure to do business with.
