 + -1 moreThe work was done over a period of two weeks, with Scott Jordan working mostly in the morning hours when it was cool. He was very efficient and knowledgeable about heating and air conditioning units. He was careful about what he was doing, and completely involved in the task. The work required a "cut-in" to make it work at my house. My second story floor is made of thick concrete and had to be jackhammered to run the ducting from the basement location of the main unit up to the attic. It was hard work! After the installation was finished, Scott tested it to make sure it worked and gave me a tutorial on using it. Then the City inspector came out to look at it, and he signed an approval form. I've lived in this house for 12 years with no central heat and air. Life has now changed for the better.
Description of Work: Installation of a three ton, hi-efficiency split system heat pump, including an indoor fan coil unit, outdoor heat pump condensing unit, refrigerant line set, electrical and drains and digital programmable thermostat.
