I had a very bad experience working with Mike Kelly Construction, Inc. Therefore, I can not recommend this company.

Mike Kelly is very approachable about whatever you need done. Even if you want to add more tasks, if he has the time (between jobs), heâ ll do it. Everything is written down & discussed before you sign the contract. I am very happy w/ the finished product!

I would like to give a heads up to Bill, Phyl, Randy,Chris, Joel, Chris at Two Stone Cabinets and Curtis. We have a beach cottage built in 1945. A lot of challenges for the crew with the electrical and plumbing. I can not be more satisfied with Mike's professionalism and customer service. I highly recommend Mike Kelly construction. Mike makes a great first impression. My husband and I hired him to remodel our home. Our experience started out good but has ended on a very bad note. He has a short fuse and the quality of work is not good at all. He is very slow and makes excuses for this on a regular basis. The door that leads from the kitchen to the garage fell off its hinges because they didn't install long enough screws for it. They had to redo my husband's closet after my husband told them the height he wants the shirt rod to be. Mike didn't listen and did it wrong. They installed the handles on the master vanity wrong and we had to wait for a new drawer face. He assumed I wanted standard baseboards and when I told him no, they had to move the outlets to fit the baseboards. After the Sheetrock was in. We have a switch in the master bedroom that does nothing. The master bathroom, from day one, I wanted faucets on the wall. They didn't plan for this and had to cut thru the Sheetrock after I asked about it. The guest toilet's seat is loose because when they installed it they broke the clip and replaced it with a metal washer and it doesn't fit correctly. We are very disappointed by Mike's work. We will never recommend him. Be careful if you hire him.

Mike was very professional. Explained all aspects and everything in great detail. Stayed within budget and timeframe. Sent video and pictures on everything he was doing. If there was a delay due to his timeframe he had a clause to protect us and make sure we go over budget or timeframe Walked through finished project and it was great. I have been in construction 30 plus years and never had contractor be this thorough and professional. Thank You

Mike gave us the best price, and he was extremely flexible in coming up with a plan that made sense. He got the work done quickly, and his employees were helpful and friendly. We'd definitely consider him for any future projects.

I highly recommend Mike Kelly and his crew. We asked him to replace a railing on a long narrow deck, 40' off a steep hillside. It was a faily small job, but the design required some creativity and we had a tight budget. Mike was great - he asked the right questions in the beginning, presented some preliminary options with rough prices, then wrote a firm estimate once we'd chosen a direction. He returned calls promptly, kept us up-to-date with emailed photos, and was just easy to work with. The cable railing he built looks great - very high quality work.
