Description of Work: I contacted Kevin Evulich after a recommended window installer failed to show for an appointment. Kevin promptly returned my call, and his office manager kept me abreast of all developments throughout the process. Kevin was professional and honest (he pointed out an error in the estimate and deducted the difference). He and his assistant replaced every window in my new condo with double-paned, insulated w/Argon, Simonton windows. They arrived on time, kept my newly installed carpet clean by using drop cloths throughout, and completed the job that day. He fitted the windows perfectly and they look great. I highly recommend him for anyone wanting new windows installed by an expert.

He is punctual, professional, reliable, and his work is of high quality. What more can you ask for? We have dealt with many different kinds of vendors and contractors, yet Kevin is one of the few who is consistently easy to work with and he always gets the job done right. He does not cut corners (no pun intended). Kevin has installed numerous double-pane sliding doors and windows on our property and the quality of the work is very consistent. With Efficiency Window, you can rest assured that they will get your job done professionally without any hassle that comes with so many other vendors.
Description of Work: Replaced old windows and sliding patio door with new ones. Has performed this service for us many times for our commercial property, but they also do small jobs for personal property.

+ -1 moreKevin came over and fully explained what was necessary. I had received bids from two other companies, so I was pretty knowledgeable. I thought Kevin's suggestions and detailed explanation of what needed to be done were clear and made a lot of sense. I felt I would be in good hands. And, he was competitive and ready to the job much sooner than those I had spoken with. I think that was due in part to the small size of his company and his willingness to work within my schedule, which entailed a remodel of the house. He was even willing to work on a Saturday to be sure it was finished on schedule.
Description of Work: Kevin and his team replaced all the windows in my house, some single hung and some sliders.
