 + -1 moreBrady Construction obtained the demolition permit. Workers were prompt and courteous, and cleaned up the debris. When it came time to obtain bids for the actual earthquake retrofit, support beam and floor joist repairs, we ended up choosing a different, highly rated construction company because Brady Construction was underbid by 25%.
Description of Work: Removed drywall and ceiling in downstairs bedroom, hallway and garage to expose framing so that structural engineer could review existing structure and draft plans to correct the support beams and floor joists, as well as earthquake retrofitting.
