Description of Work: I use Bellows Plumbing, Heating & Air for heating and A/C services. They worked on the heater for us. It was an emergency it was starting to get cold and we realized that the heater wasn't working properly, it turned out that there was a part they had to order so he did basic work and then they gave us a heater that we could use while we waited for the part to come in.

+ -1 moreThe company was very responsive and came within 1 day of calling. The technician was courteous, personable and efficient. He did the job in less than 2 hours. I had used a different plumber for another leak previously. The fee Bellows charged me for the exact same work was 1/3 of the fee the previous plumber charged. I was impressed with their honesty, as this was an emergency situation, and they could have easily taken advantage of me. I would use them again in a heartbeat and would recommend without reservation.
Description of Work: Technician fixed leak in a 1/2" copper pipe. He needed to cut a hole in the ceiling, locate the leak and repair the pipe.

Description of Work: While septic tank was open to be emptied by another company, Bellows hydrojetted the main sewer line from the septic tank side.

+ 0 moreBellows did an outstanding job! This was a two day job and they were very courteous and professional throughout. They took great care to explain exactly what was going on. They also went out of their way to ensure the additional pipes and venting required would not be unsightly (even in the garage!) and that it looked good from the outside as well. They dealt with the Scotts Valley planning department for the permit work and were on site when the inspector arrived. And to top it all off, Bellows left my garage looking cleaner than when they arrived! I was very impressed with their work and will use them for all my plumbing needs in the future.
Description of Work: Installed a tankless water heater for my two story townhouse. This required a new gas line into the garage as well as new piping for venting. In addition to the tankless water heater a pump and neutralizer were also installed.

+ 0 moreIt involved working in the crawl space under the house--not fun. But they did it cheerfully and efficiently. They were careful to clean up afterward. Of course we won't need it until the next problem (hopefully a long time from now), but I expect having the cleanout will be very useful, and a nice selling-point if we ever move.
Description of Work: Our 1960's ranch house did not come with any plumbing cleanouts except via roof vents. After Bellows dealt with a blockage (and having to haul a rooter up onto the roof!), they suggested installing an easily accessible cleanout to deal with any future problems. Seemed like a great idea.

+ -1 moreWe had bad smell coming from a heater vent and were about to leave on vacation. Bellows was able to send someone out the next morning. He disconnected heater ducts and found a dead rodent that might have been the cause of the smell and then resealed the ducts. Overall, very responsive, friendly and reasonably priced service.

Description of Work: While having other plumbing issues, my main line between the street and house broke. John came out immediately with an estimate. I debated between a less expensive trenching estimate and the trenchless method used by Bellows. I chose Bellows because of my lawn and plantings that were new only a few years before. Also my neighbors had used them the previous year and were very pleased with their work. John, Bryan and Jeremy worked on it all day and did a fabulous job, checked everything out before they left and made some repairs that popped up when they were doing the repair without changing the estimated price. Such a pleasure to work with professionals that care. And I still have a beautiful lawn. Thank you Bellows!
