The wooden trim and other Items listed before were in need of paint , it had been over ten years since it was last done. I contacted three paint contractors that work in the area. All three had been recommended by friends, I chose Mr. Stark over the other two due to price of the proposal and the way the proposal was presented. It had a description of the project, which included what he would be doing to prep the area to be painted, and what products he would be using. Due to his schedule my job would start in six weeks, which was not a problem for me. He started the job when he said he would, power washing the exterior, sanding and scraping the old paint, and calking the joints and cracks. The painting followed. I was extremely impressed by cared he took in prepping the areas to be painted, in addition to that it was the way he ended his day everything that as moved was put back in place, ladders and equipment was stored or taken off the property. The paint job itself looked better then when it was first painted, I think it was due to the quality of paint and the way it was applied. All in All I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
