ROBERT CALDERA CONSTRUCTION

We consider ourselves fortunate to have worked with Bob Caldera. My brother nicknamed him "Contractor to the Stars," because of his previous work on much larger, more luxurious homes than our modest cabin. Still, we were able to utilize his talent and experience for our small place, and the results are magnificent! Our first clue that we were on the right track, was when we would mention to locals in Sonora that we were thinking of hiring Caldera Construction, they would get a big smile, and say, "Bobby... he's great!" This happened several times, and it was obvious that he had a wonderful reputation around town. Due to upcoming winter weather, we were on a very tight time schedule, and Bob worked quicly in order to complete construction before the snow hit. In fact, in the time we were able to demolish the old structure and build the new one, our neighbor's cabin is still undergoing repairs from the same storm! Work proceeded quickly, and his crew was "on it." No doubt because of his planning skills, and his good rapport with the subcontractors in town, we did not experience any delays waiting for a subcontractor to do their part. We are so happy with his work, and our "new" cabin.
