RINGEN'S UNBIASED INSPECTIONS

We had an excellent experience with Ron. He was very thorough in his inspection of the home which gave us valuable information to aid in negotiating a final price. He is very professional, knowledgable and prompt. He took the time to check every nook and cranny he could get to and discussed issues with us before leaving to make sure we knew what we were getting if we purchased this home. He does home and pest inspections, but suggested we contact applicable companies to inspect the well and septic in more detail, should we desire. He was prompt in providing professionally laid out reports, including photos and details. He also welcomed us to contact him at any time if we had further questions. As a matter of fact, we are looking at another home now and called him up. There are red flags with this property and he was more than willing to discuss what we should pay attention to before making a decision to offer. Ron was a little higher priced than a couple other inspectors we contacted, but our initial interaction with him sold us on his service and we are glad we went with him. It was well worth the money spent!
