He has been my handyman and general contractor for probably 20 years. I had a plumbing leak that was leaking into the bathtub. He removed the ceiling which is the floor of the bathroom above and he went to the bathroom above and ran all plumbing, found the leak and fixed it. He replaced the ceiling too. He came out immediately when I called. He was able to accomplish the job in a single day even though he had to come back several times. He started early and worked late. He has a key to all my rentals. He works unsupervised and does everything that has to do with building trades.
