They did not fill out the VA form, instead they used a standard Form they use. They gave me a 35K estimate for a deck rebuild, that included a $550.00 cost for subterranean termite control. I got a second opinion and I got a clean report with no work needed. I told my coffee group that I had a problem with a Clark pest inspection and two member chuckled and said, "subtrerranean termites" before I could tell them what the problem was that they reported. One of the gentleman was a past Rotary club president and the other is a well known government official. I must say that Clark finally did give me the right form, but the phantom termite problem left a bad taste in my mouth.
Description of Work: Inspected the house for a VA loan.

We called Clark. They came out promptly, explained everything, were courteous and professional and after spraying all around the house, we signed up for yearly coverage. Nary is there an ant, wasp or any other critter attempting to get in our house. Clark is great!
Description of Work: After finding ants in our kitchen and then in both bathrooms and after trying to treat them ourselves without effect, we called Clark. The representative promptly came out on a Saturday. He explained everything very clearly, checked all around the house where there was possible access to the underneath of the house, then sprayed. No only do we not see an ant but also no wasps which were literally swarming around our house. Whatever he sprayed did the trick. WE are now signed up for yearly service. Clark gets TWO THUMBS UP!

They are the bomb. They go out of their way to help you.
Description of Work: They come every other month. They spray to get rid of all the creepy crawlers. We had ants one time and they sprayed and treated them, and they never came back.
