+ -1 moreChris was recommended by a friend. He was prompt at returning messages and arriving at my home, and prompt at giving me an estimate and scheduling my work. He was always professional, friendly, and hard-working, and the quality of all work was excellent. He and his employee always behaved with integrity and were willing to "go the extra mile" to be helpful and satisfy the customer. They cleaned up behind themselves and left everything looking great. I will hire him for some interior painting before long, and look forward to having him work here again.
Description of Work: (He does interior painting also.) He pressure washed the entire house and decks, as well as the underside of the roof over the large deck. He painted the 8' X 20' deck and its stairs with opaque stain. He painted a smaller deck and it's stairs and rails, etc, with paint, as well as all exterior trim on the house. He painted all gutters with paint to which he added an additive, so it would adhere to the plastic gutters. He sanded and painted the guard rails on the larger deck. He spray-painted a 6' metal awning on both sides.
